Paid a delivery charge when ordering…

Paid a delivery charge when ordering only to have to pay an extra delivery charge from the carrier when receiving This was not import tax, that was paid separately and expected. I’ve written to Oliver Cabell Support several times, they replied once with an irrelevant answer having mis read my email and since I have had no response. Poor poor customer service, wouldn’t go near them again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

BUYER BEWARE! These shoes are absolute garbage, and their customer service is even worse. I usually check reviews before I purchase from a new vendor, but I failed to do so this time. What a huge mistake! I might as well have purchased these sneakers from Target. The quality is horrible, and they are literally a whole size too small. When I tried to exchange them for a larger size, I was told that they were bought on sale and cannot be exchanged. I explained that they are unwearable and that I can't be held responsible for shoes that don't fit. Their reply was, "I can't see how they fit. You can just wear them and they will stretch out." How can I stretch a pair of shoes that I can't squeeze my foot into? If this review costs them even one customer, it was worth it. What a scam. You had them in a larger size and could have exchanged them. I was willing to pay to send them back. It would have cost you NOTHING. Good customer service is knowing how to read a situation and "bend the rules" in certain situations to do the right thing. If a shoe is marked as a 41 and is more like a 39, that is on YOU, not me.

I ordered the women's Driver Dapple…

I ordered the women's Driver Dapple shoes (the calfskin ones) in February and they arrived late June. I contacted customer support several times about the delivery delay and had mixed experiences. Sometimes I thought I was getting the run-around and other times I got a decent response. When the shoes finally arrived, they looked very different than advertised - the print was much more muted and had little color/pattern contrast. My coworkers wondered if I stepped in a mud puddle or had an accident instead of the shoes being calfskin. Luckily, they are extremely comfortable. I would likely return them, but I've already waited too long and honestly don't want to deal with their customer service. I hope others have a better experience!

This company used to be great

This company used to be great, I bought several pairs of sneakers from them. Not sure what has gone wrong with them recently. Customs charges on the goods are high, complained, they said they would send a new pair out DPP to avoid charges…. Exact same issue, high custom charges even though they were supposedly sent DPP. When I refused to pay and instructed the delivery be refused, I got a snotty email telling me to pay the custom charge or they would fine me $75, showed them the email trail re DPP, said they would sort, been around 10 weeks now and no sign of any shoes 😂. Will be using a different brand going forward, which is a shame.

The overall experience was OK

The overall experience was OK. The shipping time was reasonable for someone located in Norway — it took around 20 to 30 days. Customer service was good and responsive. However, the shoes I received were a few shades different from what I ordered. I also noticed other small differences, such as the material used for the inner lining. It seems like the product images haven't been updated to reflect newer models.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible customer service especially when itt’s to cancel a yet-to-be delivered order. I made 3 “cancel & refund” request and each time they email (you cannot call any of the brick & mortar stores about online orders) me with yet another suggestion or even “ I'd be happy to also provide free jewelry or clothing of your choice should you wish to keep the order or switch to another style”. Avoid

Non-Existent Customer Service! Don't buy!

Do not do business with this company! I ordered my first pair of shoes from them end of May, I received the shoes, however, they do not fit and I need to size up. I have sent three different emails to "support" because they do not have live customer service agents, or anyway to easily Perform a return. /exchange. It's been three weeks and I'm still awaiting a reply so I can just exchange the shoes for a larger size. Still, no word and no response from them except for a computer generated automated response. Oliver Cabell, if you truly want to retain customers, stand by your brand, to do the right thing and be more responsive! It's not like these shoes were super cheap, I actually splurged on them. I would really appreciate you making this right with me. In the meantime, if you're considering buying from this company, do not! Nonexistent, customer service, no humans to talk to, and automated messages will leave you very frustrated and angry.Oliver Cabell-my invoice number is 665613. I have been waiting weeks to hear from you. With limited means to do so, it feels to me like you don't WANT to be contacted. Do the RIGHT thing and make it right.
