These sneakers look great at first, but that’s really the only positive. They’re very uncomfortable and not practical for walking. After a short distance my feet start to hurt, so they’ve basically become shoes I can only wear for a quick errand or just for the style. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for comfort or everyday wear.
I need a EU made sneakers but I didn't know OC already change from Italy to Vietnam. I need to wait for 40 days. Size is correct and fitting not bad. But it didn't look premium, it just little bit better than any low price shoes from a fast fashion chain store. Leather looks like plastic. Shoelace is short. Delivery use a cheap company, the child didn't ring my bell and just drop inside the building front door. Webpage information seriously delay, I didn't lost my shoes just very lucky.
This has to be the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever bought online from! Purchased sneakers, the insoles for them and a necklace. The sneakers didn’t ship for 3 weeks, after finally getting in touch with someone after many tries, I finally received a response that the insoles weren’t in stock, so they held back the shipment of the shoes. I told them to go ahead and ship the sneakers and necklace and ship the insoles once received. They shipped the sneakers, but no necklace. I got back in touch with them, and they said because I didn’t purchase shipping protection, that they couldn’t verify if they didn’t ship me the necklace or not. I asked them to send me a packing list proving that they sent me the necklace and sneakers, and they would never send it. These people are absolute crooks, and also on top of this still haven’t received the insoles after 2 months!! Never again, Oliver Cabell, and I will make sure nobody I know orders anything from you. I’m in the customer service industry, and you guys absolutely top the list of terrible customer service companies!! This is the first online review I’ve also ever written on a merchandise company, I have a real hard time giving people bad reviews, but the fact is other people may get saved from having this same terrible experience, so I believe it’s necessary!
Ordered Dec 2024 and nothing said back ordered till April 2025. Finally in May 2025, got shipping information but their 3rd party shipping company never put my address on the label. UPS sent them back. So never received them. So far I have generated 12 emails to Oliver Cabell and they ask what my address is. UPS was not help. Should I wait, it’s been 6 months. Might as well they won’t refund anyway based on reviews. Good luck
NEVER EVER buy shoes here!We bought shoes, never arrived because a false adres was the explaination.But the Adres was correct indeed.We became a refund but €80,— short!Oliver Cabell you should be ashamed for this scam!! It was the money my son worked for…..😡
Here we are today, Thursday May 1st 2025. I purchased a pair of shoes on March 23rd 2025. The website clearly stated that my size, size 11, was ready to ship in April with standard shipping of 3-8 days. Nothing stated that it was a pre-sale item whatsoever… I wish I read these reviews beforehand. Was really excited to get these, but not anymore. Seems like I’ll have to chargeback this if it doesn’t ship by tomorrow. -Alex Saavedra
