The product is aesthetically appealing and well-constructed. However, the experience with customer service has been very disappointing. My calls and emails have received no response, and when one item arrived in unacceptable condition, the exchange process was so complicated that I gave up. Furthermore, a second item I ordered over a month ago has still not arrived, and my inquiries about its status have gone unanswered.
I ordered the shoes expecting comfort for foot pain, but they were uncomfortable and nothing special for the high price. The return process is unnecessarily complicated, requiring email approval and a QR code. Weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I ordered the Oliver Cabell Low 1 shoe 5 years and was super happy with it. It was a high quality sneaker with premium materials, that lasted me basically until now. So I went ahead and ordered them again to replace my old pair. Little did I know that they completely changed the product, while the price level stayed the same: high quality materials have been replaced by cheaper ones, e.g. leather looks much cheaper, inner leather lining has been replaced by mesh and shoes are no longer produced in Europe but Vietnam. I obviously requested a return and after lots of back and forth with an unapologetic customer service, I am sending them back now: for a 20 USD re-stocking fee after I have already paid 14 USD for shipping. Very disappointed of what this once great company has become - deceiving consumers and extracting money from them for returns. Update Nov 1: I have returned the shoes on Oct 11 and still have not received a refund. They are now pushing me to accept a store credit. Strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I've received a pair of Low 1 that do not have the same toe cap shape... One is normal round the other is square and has blatant bad glue marks on it. I sent a complaint and was asked for photos then more photos and by the time they finally gave an answer it was to say they don't recognise that there is a defect and I'm outside the return window so they won't do anything. After threatening to sue, they said, OK they have different shapes, but that happens it's not a defect, but we'll accept a return refund but you have to pay for international shipping and customs fees. Now court will deal with it. This company is a bunch of crooks plane and simple, they peddle bad wares and couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs. There are other brands that do nice sneakers out there.
Worst decision to buy a shoe. These guys have no idea to design shoes. Beware of the size, atleast 2 size below the advertised size. Not only that, they cite shoes for orthopedic help and wide shoes. Absolute BS, for an arthritic patient this was a huge let down. Returning the shoe they charge me $20, wonder if this is a total scam of sending shitty shoes and charge $20 a piece for returning. Stay away!
A shell of what they used to be.I bought my first pair of Off-White Low 1s in 2021 and they were excellent. Premium build, solid materials, worth the price. Fast forward to 2025, I ordered the same pair online and was shocked at the difference. The shoes feel and look noticeably cheaper, yet they’re still being sold at the same price. This isn’t the brand I supported before. It feels like private equity cost-cutting has gutted the quality. I’d rather pay more if it meant the craftsmanship stayed consistent.Oliver Cabell, fix yourselves.
I ordered red suede drivers and they were excellent for the sale price and low top ghost in a royal blue both were shipped pretty quickly. My first orders so I don’t know why so many complaints on here seems over blown. I did call to get my shipping fee refund because I spent over $250 and now place another $150 order on jewelry but it was my fault I ordered separately so had 3 shipping charges.
I ordered a pair of Low 1’s a month ago and nothing. Sent email to customer service and no response. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. They sure do have a great marketing team but after that…disappointing. Instead of Low 1’s they should call them Low Class.
