absolute worst customer service no response to emails no live people to help and after years of purchasing their shoes for my wife i prefer a different higher end sneaker i decided to get a pair for over 300.00 quality garbage shipping delays absolute terrible product and worst customer service stuck with shoes i will never wear but afraid to return that no refund will happen
Placed an order that says would be delivered within 3-8 days (8 days which is already a lot in the US). However on the 7th day this Saturday (May 31) I realized no update still on the Shop all for shipping nor delivery date. I contacted Oliver Cabell through email to inquire since I am traveling this Wednesday and won’t be in town to receive nor to take them with me on my vacation. They’re expensive shoes and I wanted them on that fancy vacation. I get no reason Monday and just an update from UPS that a package will be delivered on Monday June 9, and it’s been shipped through the cheapest shipping method will take 5 business days. So in total that’s 16 days to receive it. Without any response from them I don’t know what to do + I won’t be in town. I just paid around $277 for an order that I saved money to purchase, I don’t spend money like that, but in order to get this! I hope they respond to me and either cancel or expedite the shipping. I’ve purchased four pairs of Oliver Cabell shoes over the past few years, and there’s no doubt the quality and design are excellent. The shoes themselves are stylish, well-crafted, and very comfortable—definitely among the best I’ve worn.That said, the real picture changes when you need to return something. Customer service is extremely slow to respond, and at this point, using COVID as an excuse for poor staffing or delays just doesn’t cut it anymore. On top of that, they charge a surprisingly high restocking fee for returns—something I’ve rarely, if ever, encountered with other shoe brands.Their preorder system is another issue. The delivery timelines are consistently inaccurate, and delays seem to be the norm, not the exception.Because of these issues, I now hesitate to even browse their site, let alone buy another pair. Great shoes, but the overall experience needs serious improvement.
I ordered a pair of the low 1 cowboys in a size nine on Friday may 23, I choose to get the shipping protection and regular shipping. I then got worried that I might have gotten the wrong size and because I am leaving for a trip soon and will not be back in town until the middle of July, I decided to be safe and order a pair a size larger. I placed my second order for the men's low 1 cowboys on Monday May 26 and again I paid for shipping protection but this time i paid for expedited shipping. It is worth noting that when I ordered the shoes on Monday May 26, it noted that only size 12 was out of stock and they would be shipped out in July. I have received my size ten shoes; however they are a touch big, and I am waiting on the size 9s to arrive so that I can decide which shoe to send back. I noticed that I had not been given any information on the shipping for the size nine order, so I checked y'all's website and I was shocked to learn that sizes 9-12 were on backorder. However I had to order my shoes again on Monday the 26th so I know that they were not out of stock then and I had ordered my shoes three days prior to the 26th. I would really love some clarification on why my shoes never shipped out, but they didn't go out of stock until after I ordered. I have sent two different emails to you guys and I still have yet to hear back once and I have also dmed y'all's Instagram account.
Ordered two seperate pairs of shoes, totaling almost 600$. Received NO order confirmation whatsoever. Tried to contact repeatedly with no response at all. Like many others have said, high quality product, horrific customer service and business behavior. I have been charged TWICE with no order confirmation or shipping number. It’s as if i never ordered the shoes in the first place beyond the charge. Starting to think that I might have gotten scammed. Pretty hard to believe you can get scammed by such a big and well known corporation. The two orders were separate. After ordering the first pair, I thought that it was a one off situation and I could get another pair in the meantime before I resolved the issue. But like I said above we received no order confirmation AGAIN. Please help with this. The second date was July 9th

I was hoping to find the right fit, so I ordered two sizes—but neither pair was comfortable, and I ended up returning both right the next day.When I tried to track the return, the link provided by the company showed no information tied to the tracking number. I reached out to customer service, and it took them 5-7 days to reply. By that point, I had already confirmed that the return had been delivered to their warehouse two weeks earlier.They claimed my return was “damaged” and refused to issue a refund. I know for a fact that both pairs were returned in excellent condition—unworn and carefully packed. It felt like they were making up excuses to avoid processing my refund.Only after I pushed back and sent a direct email did they respond again—this time saying they “double-checked” with the warehouse and that the shoes were actually fine. Still, they only offered store credit, which I declined, because I have zero intention of ever buying from them again.For a company selling “premium” shoes, their customer service and return policies are anything but.Buyer beware.
I ordered a pair of shoes around March 20th. The date is today May 28th, and the shoes haven't arrived. The tracking on the package says they are not out of the US, and they are going to Norway. They weren't shipped until early May either. I'm tired of waiting for a pair of shoes I was supposed to wear in the spring, when summer has arrived.
I had a pair of shoes (low tiger) in 2022 and they were just what I wanted. Now the sole has worn after 3 years (and fair enough), I liked the originals so much I ordered teh same and even the additional duties to ship to the UK. I ordered the exact same model 3 years later and they are nothing like the originals. The build materials have changed drastically, before there were all leather now the insides are synthetic and they are too wide. Probably a good choice if you want to engage in breakdance battles or skateboarding.
Awful experience all round. I purchased a pair last year, when they were still selling what they advertised on the website, only to realise they were too small. It was my fault for taking to long to try them on, after which the return period was over. I took the loss, kept them.I ordered another pair in March, and after waiting for almost 2 months for delivery, I finally got them.Oh what a disappointment! They still advertise the same shoe, but what you get now is very different. The quality is very low compared to the "actual" model advertised, the shape is different, about the only thing that's the same is the color. Even the logo looks cheap on the new ones. Including the shipping taxes, I'm about $550 in the hole with no shoes to wear. What a scam this is. I've asked for my money back, but I doubt I'll ever see it.
