Ordering, customer service and delivery where very good. Only issue is returning products outside the US, big customs bill and returning the product is extremely expensive as you need to pay your own returns and company applies a $20 discount on returns. Do not order from abroad, Europe in particular. read the fine print on their T&Cs.
DO NOT BUY! They’ve gone from great quality shoes to bad and now shocking! You could get better quality at Kmart. The new material is so cheap and vile. Barely wearable. Plastic, cheap, nasty. Stay away! This brand deserves to go into liquidation. They are ripping off customers
Would not even give them one star, ZERO communications!!!! The shoes are awesome, but the customers service is the worst I have ever seen!! Whoever owns this company is asleep at the wheel! How could you let a good product be pulled down because of something so simple as communication. No order confirmation email ...no shipping updates ... Nothing . This second pair I have order and it's the same thing again !! BEWARE if you order !!!
In 2022 I ordered my first Low 1's from Oliver Cabell. It was a super nice leather shoe and I wasn't in doubt that I would have another new pair here 3 years after. I was expecting the same nice quality leather shoe but instead I got a cheap version of an adidas sneaker. Not at all the same quality leather shoe as last time. Will never buy from Oliver Cabell again.
Bought shoes and paid for expedited shipping, and still, my shoes have not been shipped. Folks, no customer service to contact via phone line. I should have read reviews before I bought them. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS WITH CRIMINAL INTENT TO DEFRAUD. DON'T BUY!!
These guys are absolutely the worst company to deal with. Shoes arrived full of creases and are not real leather. Extremely cheap looking and feel. $80 dollars duty on $200 dollar shoes. Stay far far away from these clowns. Worst shoes I’ve ever bought.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Oliver Cabell. My experience highlights significant issues with their sizing, return/exchange policy, and customer support.I purchased shoes in my typical size, consistent with numerous other brands, but the Oliver Cabell pair fit uncomfortably tight. While initial shipping was paid, and a $25 introductory discount was applied, resolving the sizing issue proved impossible without significant financial penalty.There appears to be no straightforward exchange process. Returning the shoes results in the forfeiture of the $25 discount. To re-order a different size, I would incur shipping costs again. Essentially, returning the ill-fitting shoes means I lose approximately $50-$55 (original shipping, lost discount, potentially other fees) and receive no product in return. This policy effectively penalizes customers for Oliver Cabell's unreliable sizing.Compounding the issue is the complete absence of customer service. Despite sending multiple inquiries over the past week seeking clarification or assistance, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unacceptable and leaves customers stranded when problems arise.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Oliver Cabell. Their policies seem designed to disadvantage the customer, and their lack of support is appalling.
