Low 1 White looks great but the most uncomfortable sneakers ever.

Low 1 White looks great, but these are the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever worn. I've used leather softening spray and worn them regularly for about 2 months but still have blisters and marks on my feet each time I put them on.

Attention to international buyers

The customs costs went up to 57% of the price of the item I bought there. I believe they should inform better about this. They inform about the potential impact but definitely not about how big it can be the cost of it.

This is the second purchase I have made…

This is the second purchase I have made with Oliver Cabell. The first was a set of drivers that fit reasonably but were marginal value. The most recent buy was a pair of all black low top shoes that are grossly undersized. When I tried t return the requested restocking fees. WTH. If they do not fit per standard and do not meet my expectations, refund my money full. It is pure bull excrement to ask for restocking fees! I am truly disappointed and will never purchase again!

Great looking shoes but poor durability…

Great looking shoes but poor durability and customer service. I bought a pair of white Low 1 Oceans. After a few months of light wear, the left shoe started yellowing. Oliver Cabell refused to do anything to help, even after having me buy their $50 cleaning kit, which didn't solve the problem. Loved the shoes until this defect showed up and the company did nothing to help a customer. Be careful!

Terrible

Terrible. Zero customer service. False advertising practices and scammy underhandedness. I ordered shoes and was then notified they were out of stock. I agreed to wait a few weeks for the next shipment, which turned into a few months. I wrote to request a refund and they denied my refund. They said they’d give me store credit - mind you - for the inventory mistake they made. I wrote again and said I’d like a full refund as they never had my item in stock to begin with. A girl wrote me back and told me, unbelievably, that they were having a company wide meeting- ready - REGARDING MY RETURN. OMG. It’s a return! Why are you having a meeting about it. I called my bank and had them reverse the funds, at which point Oliver Cabell stalked me for months to get my money from shoes they never had in stock, and never got in stock!!Seriously? You now want me to post my full name? I spent 8 months trying to get my refund from you people. I got offered $20 to choose something else just so OC wouldn’t have to do the return. To the point your management sounded like it didn’t have money to eat. I spoke with 5 different people, was hounded by multiple customer service reps and the customer service manager. Even after I involved my bank the CS manager continued to hound me to give you back MY money for goods you NEVER SHIPPED and even admitted you NEVER HAD IN STOCK!!!! What are you possibly going to do now? You just want to look good in front of customers checking your legitimacy? Shame on you!

Don't order your actual size in UK…

Don't order your actual size in UK sizes or US sizes. They'll use a different size guide and send you an EU version that is smaller than actual conversion used globallyYou'll then have to pay shipping back for their mistake. Not worth it

Terrible Quality Shoe, Even Worse Customer Experience

Terrible quality shoe and somehow even worse company. They delayed the delivery of my shoes by about a month and after about four months of wearing them semi-regularly, the heel stitching popped and padding started falling out. Reached out to them about it and they told me sorry you're out of warranty and pasted their return policy which stipulates you can't return shoes that have been worn. Yeah.. obviously. The issue isn't about the size or something immediately noticeable, it's about the fact that $200 shoes fell apart after light-moderate use. I had read about this issue and the company's abysmal customer service after I purchased them but hoped my experience would be different. Unfortunately, this is another scam company that markets itself as a cheaper alternative to Common Projects but is really just a poorly made, marked up shoe. Trust me, you're way better off spending the extra money and getting Common Projects or similar quality. In the long run, you'll save money and a headache. At least they offered me $20 to buy another pair of K-Mart quality sneakers!

Unnecessary stalling with refunds even I didn’t get the product

I made an order that ships a month later. I changed my mind before it ships and simply asked to cancel and refund me. They didn’t get back to me for 2 days after the initial email so I sent them the request through Paypal to get their attention. They responded and tried to convince me to switch to something in stock. I said thanks and that I wanted a refund. After one day They sent me another email to convince me (AGAIN) to switch. I got frustrated and again I sent them a message through PayPal. They eventually refunded me. The response process for this simple request took a week, usually takes a day with other sellers. Definitely I will steer clear from this seller in the future no matter how much I like their products.

I ordered a pair over 3 months ago

I ordered a pair over 3 months ago, never received them, asked for the refund they said they can’t do that and would send me a new pair, 3 months later still waiting, worst customer service I have ever experience. Will never buy from them again.
