poor quality.

poor quality.On 2021 August 09, Michael Cable Bracelet | Black was acquired.Order by Oliver Cabell: #88754.after 3 months it broke. I wrote about it in support, I didn't get any feedback. the solution to the problem was not offered.

I bought these shoes online and wish I hadn’t

I bought these shoes online and had them shipped to Ireland so was liable for customs which I paid. When I opened the box I had been sent a US 7 instead of a UK7 and when I went back I to my order it does not say size ordered so it is my word against theirs and lo and behold they say I ordered the wrong size! In an attempt to return them no return slip was with the shoes and I cannot generate one on their website. Their customer support is appalling and $35 is withheld from the amount I’m owed for return cost although I’ve had to pay that myself anyway. Advice to anyone thinking of buying them: DON’T. They have just replied to my review today 17/02/23 and say that a 37 is a UK 5.5 and US 7 which again is wrong..it’s actually a UK 4 and as the sizing is small it’s really a 3 and I know no one small enough to take them from me

Outstanding Package

Placed an order for two pieces with a proposed shipping period of 15 days. One piece arrives and the second has been outstanding for over six weeks. I have emailed website assistance twice to clarify the delay and expected arrival date, no acknowledgement or response has been received from the the company

Absolutely horrible customer…

Absolutely horrible customer experience. I returned the shoes (a month ago). Still have not received a return despite the shoes being delivered to an agent a month ago. Never have written a review but given these are expensive and was hoping to get a return to purchase another pair it’s a bit ridiculous.

Good quality but VERY uncomfortable

I love the style, quality, and look of the shoes, but they continue to be extremely uncomfortable. I have worn them over dozen times now, and they remain very uncomfortable to wear. For $300 shoes, I would look elsewhere. OC would not exchange or refund.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service- I’ve been trying to return two pairs of shoes for a month now and have exchanged probably 19 emails at this point (most from me asking why I’m not getting help) and still have zero resolution. I went against my gut ordering from a non Zappos/ Amazon/ Nordstrom website and regret it.

Good looking shoes. Poor build quality and longevity. Bad customer service

Bought a pair of Low 1’s in April ‘22, wore them working from home and occasionally out and about. After only 8 months, the upper split from the sole on the right side of the right shoe in December ‘22.Contacted customer service and they said bad luck, it’s all my fault and I should have looked after them better. Left a review on their website which has suspiciously disappeared….I’ve used more expensive shoes a lot more than these and have NEVER had this happen to a pair of shoes before.Spend the extra money and buy something better instead.
