Review Time
This company needs to improve their customer service. I have been waiting for over a month to receive a credit on my CC for a return. The do not have a phone number that you can reach them at. All communication is done through email and they are extremely slow to respond. The last response took 3 days to receive a reply and it was obvious that my original inquiry wasn't read - they asked me the same questions! I feel like I am going around in circles with this company. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Not happy with the shoes at all, I bought the Vegan 481 | Plasters. When they arrived I put them on straight away and they look nothing like the pictures; they felt horrible and looked cheap, like they were made out of that glow in the dark material. I instantly requested a return on their website but was only given the option for a gift card to the value of the shoe or a cash refund less their handling fee (about $50 USD). For a shoe that costs so much it is infuriating they do not guarantee fit or satisfaction or a full refund. To make matters worse they don’t even provide a shipping label so I had to spend another $60 on shipping back to the US. I would rate this experience 0/5 but that is not an option here.
Good looking pair of shoes, but they started falling apart in the stitching after very little use.Instead of sending a shoe to replace defective one, I was offered a "discount code" to buy new ones. I spent too much on the ones that are falling apart there is zero percent chance I would buy again.Response to reply,Thank you for your response. This company is horrendous. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and they were too small. it took several emails to get a return label. the shoes were signed for by the warehouse but they could not find them for over a month. I just today received my AMEX refund and it is for the WRONG AMOUNT. today is February 4. the shoes were ordered in November. I have sent a minimum of 20 emails because there is no customer service phone number. it's been a nightmare.
I loved the style, but NOT comfortable at all. So, I returned them, but no refund; it has been over 30 days. The customer services suck!!! Do not buy this brand (NEVER!!)BTW, Look at this site, "Oliver Cabell for sale on eBay" Obviously, there is the right answer on this site. It looks like people liked the design, but definitely they were/are NOT comfortable. So, people are selling them here; there are tons of them. They are super expensive and exclusive luxury brand; seriously, they need to improve the quality. Wow, I should have checked this site before ordering mine.
Received my shoes and they were undersized to the point where I couldn’t even try them on so I packed them up immediately and sent back with their return service in perfect condition (which I was charged shipping for). After the return arrived I waited and waited for a refund that never arrived at which point I had to contact their customer service. They said they received it but they had to check with their warehouse that deals with thousands of order so it would take time. After more back and forth they falsely claimed I wore them outside and so they couldn’t refund me. When I requested more information they said they had to get back in touch with their warehouse to get a picture to confirm. I am still waiting on my refund. This has hands down been the worst customer experience I have ever come across and I feel robbed.
So disappointed. They are great looking. This is not my first time wearing them. Have had them since December have worn them at least ten times for short periods. Went to Boston (lots of walking) my feet were still in pain two days after. Winced with each step in the afternoon. I had blisters on my blisters. My feet are narrow. The back section curls when putting them on and it takes forever to even it out. Sorry I bought them
Order delayed multiple times and then when I informed company of moving, they still shipped to former address. So I had to pay out of pocket to have it shipped across the country. Tonight I go to wear it for the first time and the rear strap/loop breaks on left boot
