Julie and the Customer service team was very quick to respond to my inquiry (within an hour or less). Took care of me and handled the situation so professionally! Customer service seems to be a lost art these days with so many organizations, but the team at Oliver Cabell was excellent!

DEFECTIVE SHOES-NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND

I have ordered 5 pair and loved them until now. One pair that I’ve had less than a year have worn through the back heal. I have 100+ pair of shoes and these are not my daily wears. I contacted customer service and offered to send them pictures of the defective pair. They weren’t even interested in seeing them. This tells me that they are probably well aware of the defect; therefore, have no need to see a photo. Instead, without any info, they blamed me for the defect. It’s my fault because I don’t take good care of my shoes. They were even kind enough to provide a link so that I could purchase a leather shoe cleaner kit; talk about insulting. You would think that when a 5 time repeat customer informed them of a defective shoe they would jump through hoops to mitigate the situation. They offered no assistance, refund, or exchange. At the minimum I would expect a 50% discount for purchasing a replacement pair. I expect better when I pay $250+ for a pair of shoes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! You might get the next one.

horrible return policy

I loved the look of the shoes, but they were too large for my boyfriend's feet. He wore them around his (extremely clean!) house for 20-30 minutes, trying different socks, hoping to make it work. However, they kept flopping off the back of his heels. He told me the bad news, so I went to exchange them. They requested photos of the shoes, which I provided. I was then told that the shoes could not be returned because they had been "worn." The shoes appeared to me to be in perfect condition - though I guess he should have scrubbed the soles before photographing b/c I suppose there was a hint of something indicating he had walked around his house. So now he has an unwearable pair of $300 shoes. What is especially irritating is the I told multiple friends about these shoes as a Christmas idea for their husbands, and I know at least two of them purchased a pair. I feel like I was about to be a superfan and was left incredibly disappointed by their decision to not allow an exchange. Soooo....order at your own risk!

Terrible customer service or lack of. Shoes cam damaged, had to pay for return delivery and ‘restocking’ fee. Avoid at all costs.

Love the product

Reluctantly, I decided to take a chance on spending over $200 on a pair of shoes I saw online. I've been pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent and they've held up better than any other pair of shoes. I've gotten compliments on them and they look great in casual or business casual settings. I'm not a fan of the misleading fb ads with incorrect prices, but the shoes themselves are great!

Superior Quality and Exceptional Customer Service

The shoes are gorgeous. Very well made and of exceptional quality. I made an error in ordering and the return was absolutely seamless, with great support from the OC team who helped with the return and my subsequent replacement. You really can’t ask for anything more from any company. I will buy again, and again, and again. Oliver Cabell is a keeper for life.

STEER CLEAR

Ordered some sneakers I thought were very cool beginning I’d November, and paid for expedited shipping (3-4 days). Over 2 months later and I’ll heard is I should expect more delays. Ridiculous for shoes I spent over $200 for. Got my golden gooses 4 days after I placed my order and they also were manufactured in Italy (the reason OC gives for their delays). Deceptive marketing, steer clear. Not sure if I’ll ever even get these shoes or my money back. Ridiculous especially because they don’t clarify why there’s delays. I’ve bought custom BAPE sneakers and they took over 2 months but this was made clear when I purchased and the guy running the account would frequently update. These shoes are not worth the hassle.

poor quality.On 2021 August 09, Michael Cable Bracelet | Black was acquired.Order by Oliver Cabell: #88754.after 3 months it broke. I wrote about it in support, I didn't get any feedback. the solution to the problem was not offered.
