Review Time
Great shoes. Solidly built, comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately, the online "calculate your size" guide is inaccurate, at least for the lowtop sneakers. I would recommend that you go with your athletic shoe size (example Saucony). The OC relax in the width, but not the length, so when in doubt, go one size up. I had to make an exchange for a larger size; for some reason the online form for returns didn't work for me. Customer service was very helpful, however, it took a couple days between each correspondence. The result is that it took exactly one month since the time I ordered the shoes and the time I received the correct size. I am going to assume that this is simply a matter of understaffing. I highly recommend the shoes, but be aware that any customer service issues may take awhile.
I ordered a pair online, the package was delivered to the wrong building in New York but Oliver Cabell didn't do anything about it. I had to go to the store in SoHo, NY to buy another pair immediately because I needed for a gift in time for Christmas. In total, I had to buy 2 pairs of GAT, which is already the price of Maison Margiela. I was an early supporter of this brand, but after this poor experience, I will never buy anything from this brand again!
LOVED the black loafers, but your customer service not so much! Not being able to speak to someone live about an issue is frustrating! And did not hear back from 2 emails that I sent. POOR customer service..you NEED to get better!! Unlikely to order again.
