Awful quality product. Thin. Undersized. NOTHING like the press photos. They use what appears to be fake Facebook reviews. Have to be returned to China! Negating the refund, as it's so expensive and so long. AVOID. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
Do not buy anything from this sight it’s been 10 day waiting for my order I’m sure it will be another 6 day if it ever arrives I would not recommend this company when you contact them just lack of interest in your Oder not being delivered you have been warned I have contacted you , your answer is it on it way that’s it nit good enough
The jumpers I received are fine. Meant to be cashmire, debatable. Definitely not a London firm, so shipping was lengthy. I've noted others reviews about returns & as I've come across this issue with other companies claiming to be UK based, when really operating from China not surprised. Customer service responded well, so no complaints there. I've placed a further order, now I know that goods are from China I'm not expecting them in 3 days. Hopefully when they arrive they will be as good quality as the jumpers.
This is one of those to cheap to be true scams that sadly I fell for (against my better judgement). Trousers took 3 weeks to arrive and the quality is unbelievably poor. The fabric may as well be tissue paper and the size of them is so small that an anorexic mouse would struggle to get them on (I ordered an XL for a 34" waist as advised). Just don't even think about buying from these scammer. The best thing that could happen to the people involved is bankruptcy, either that or being forced to wear their clothes for the remainder of their days.
Ordered a coat,before it had been shipped,asked for the size would be changed from a uk size 12 to a uk size 10.Was assured this was not a problem & size 10 would be sent.Item arrived but wrong size sent.Dispute many emails & photographic evidence,they are refusing to send the replacement.Avoid this scamming scamming company at all costs.
This company is 100% a scam. Terrible quality, and no mention on their website that returns are to be posted to China, meaning its not cost effective to return but they'll offer you a discount to keep whatever rubbish product was provided. Disgusting In response to your generic response, to appear "helpful" we've reached out to you already and we're getting zero assistance!
