If I could I wouldn’t even leave one star! How I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered.I received 3 “cashmere” jumpers instead of four but was charged for 4 with no discount taken off that I could see. Told I would be refunded for the missing item, but no sign of this on my credit card.Bad enough had the jumpers even resembled photographs on site. No evidence that they are cashmere either by feel or appearance and they are long enough to make a mini dress for me! Threatening them with trading standards.
Scammers!!! Different products, sizes, colours than on the website. Cheap, low quality products instead of their very well looking pictures. If you'd want to return then Olyndra London is based in China and their request a tracked postage. Avoid!!! They may trade (I'd say - steal) under a different names.
Poor quality, sizing is very inaccurate, fabric does not match description as a result they send product, which even using their own sizing suggestion is wildly inaccurate. In my case ordered foe a 38" waist, label says 3XL, and it barely measures 35". As with others return to China, or 20% refund to keep a product which does not meet the trading standards for distance purchasing. SCAM!I note the standard reply from the company now, I suspect AI generated as it appears on every review. The "name" on the reply has done absolutely nothing prior to my review, nor after to address the issue.
There’s a clean simplicity to the jumper that makes it easy to pair with anything. Doesn’t itch, doesn’t cling, just sits nicely. I’ve worn it a whole day without even noticing it was still on. One of those pieces you just keep around.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WASTE YOUR MONEY! The items I ordered with a 1-5 day delivery promise came after 3 weeks. That is because they ship from China and are not based in or linked to London in any sense. When they arrived I found that all the labels had been cut out, including the fabric composition label which is required by law. The garments themselves are very low quality with flimsy material, poor stitching, and missing poppers. The company has refused to consider a refund unless I spend £20 on sending them back to China, and they will not refund that £20, despite the clothes not being sold legally in the first place! Trading Standards are looking into this company and my bank has started a recovery process but Olyndra is just one big headache. They may reply on here, and sometimes reply to emails, but their expressed “concern” and “understanding” are just empty, cynical and derisory words. They use false advertising as to the quality of their garments, and the items do not comply with labelling law. They are basically con artists - therefore it is accurate, and not emotional name-calling, to warn people that they are Criminals.

Sizing of clothes - I ordered trousers based on their size recommendations. Sizing away off, in terms of what they advertise and what they deliver.You have to jump through hoops to get an actual answer on how to return anything.They try to fob you off with store credit and/or accepting 20% of the value of the goods you purchased.Does UK Distance selling regulations apply to these charlatans?Clothing dispatched direct from China.
