First sweater arrived but too small, quality was superb, no hassle with replacement, a bit slow and maybe sizing an issue but for me a great source of wool and cashmere mens jumpers. I speak as a person with 60 years experience in the wool and rare fibres industry.
Contrary to what their website states this is a CHINESE seller and ALL goods are shipped from Hong Kong. Yodel will tell you what the origin country is. My order is currently blocked en-route from China and it is 8 days since Yodel updated the tracking history.You may as well order from Temu as they are quite honest about where they are shipped from.AVOID!
Company is selling cheap Chinese fashion. Item I ordered was in credibly poor quality, size was way off. The returns policy is designed to discourage full refunds (customers have to pay cost of returning to china which is likely to be more than items worth).Avoid this company is my advice

But what they don’t tell you is they will make it impossible for you to return it - TO CHINA !!!! Even though it’s a UK based family run business. Absolutely disgusting how this so called company is allowed to continue trading and scamming innocent victims! Poor quality items does not go anywhere near describing the rubbish they churn out. Sizing is a joke, I am a size 14 the rubbish item that was supposed to be a coat arrived screwed up like an old rag with labels cut out of it and was way too tight for my niece my niece who is a size 8! Trying to get a decent outcome is inpossibie! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Ordered two cashmere sweaters. When they arrived they were not in the colours I had ordered and the quality was poor. I had to send photos to prove they were not what I had ordered - they bore no resemblance to the pictures in the 'catalogue'.Was offered 20% refund but opted to return for full refund. Had to send to China!Finally got the refund but I would advise anybody to avoid this company like the plague. It calls itself London but the goods come from China and are substandard.I got caught several years ago by a Chinese company masquerading as a fashion retailer. In future will only order stuff online from companies I know! Advise others to do the same.
