Very poor quality trainers They are not at all like advertised When arrived very thin outer ane inner soles and fabric of trainers is so thin and would not provide any supportThe cost of retuning these items is 3/4 of the cost of the refundSo not worth itHave been given 100% credit but again feel would be a waste of time as appears that the quality of stuff is to everything they are sellingSo basically false advertising and they should be stopped from selling anymore stuff , as it’s all liesThey take days to respond to any email and returns address is very longDue to cost of retuning these trainers I will not be as I’m not convinced the address is a proper address and they won’t refund the money until they get the items and have inspectedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
100% scam. Bought trousers, quality is non-existent, seriously terrible! Cost £28, Olyndra London is registered in Australia and returns are to China which the customer is responsible for. So to return to China, tracked, will cost me £28 so I will be £28 out of pocket, they email you with tiny print about returns, basically it's a full scam set up. Do not waste your money!!
Do not order from this company, their customer service and delivery time scales are dismal.After lots of chasing, goods eventually arrived. They were not remotely as described, which I would describe as a breach of the contract between us.However, this company do not accept any fault and are expecting me to spend £14 on return postage to China, in order to get my £28 refund.At no point on their website do you get any idea that this company is China based.Fair enough the “refund” policy does not imply “free returns,” but does not state any return address, this is only given out, once you request a return.Why the need to hide this information? Maybe because they are a bunch in conmen!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
So despite being told in a response to my review to reach out, I have been advised : I’m afraid we are no longer able to accommodate your return request. Our return policy states that you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and items can be returned within 30 days of delivery..IMPOSSIBLE TO AS NEVER RECEIVED THE DELIVERY.
I bought a jacket from Olyndra London who are not in London but are in China the jacket was supposed to be a 5XL I'd say it was at best a 3XL and very poor quality nothing like the picture in the advertisement to get A refund I had to send the jacket back at my cost of £12 to China for a refund of £32 I did get my £32 back with some assistance from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket by £12, and they aren't there best at answering email ether so please buyer beware
I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order and paid £80, but my item never arrived even after weeks of waiting. I contacted them multiple times by email and received no response at all.This has been a very frustrating experience, and I feel their customer service is extremely poor. I have all proof of payment and communication attempts, yet the issue was never resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand
Order no 19042 - Abysmal Experience They’d delivered 6 weeks late ordered in July arrived 23 September on the first orderAgainst my gut feeling I gave them the benefit of doubt.The first order delivered was I can only describe as cargo pants for a 10 year old labelled size 2XLThey kindly offered me the large(st) size 3XL and said I could do with the original 2 pairs what I wanted no need to return I’ve offers them to smaller colleagues who like me were surprised at the “fit” and returned them accordingly. I agreed to replacements8 weeks later they’ve arrived. At the wrong address. On Friday, I’ve tracked them down to 2 streets away by chance. The only difference literally is the printed paper tag. Exactly the same trousers both pairs.£50 down and over 4 months.waiting to be disappointed I know they read these comments as a line of communication I want a full refund and in a timely manner. Acutely aware this isn’t a UK based operation in anyway shape or form.I’ll keep you all posted Seriously think twice.
