Sizing of clothes - I ordered trousers based on their size recommendations. Sizing away off, in terms of what they advertise and what they deliver.You have to jump through hoops to get an actual answer on how to return anything.They try to fob you off with store credit and/or accepting 20% of the value of the goods you purchased.Does UK Distance selling regulations apply to these charlatans?Clothing dispatched direct from China. I bought a pair of boots that when they arrived looked nothing like the photo. When I asked for a refund the company says sometimes they change items, then they should then change the pictures. The boots were advertised as vintage style boots, they are cheap and nasty like something you'd buy in Shoe Express. I had to pay for postage to return them or accept credit. As they say they are a London-based company. I said I live in London and will deliver them to you.They refused because they're actually based in China.Credit was given as a discount code which meant I then couldn't use a discount to buy another item. I bought the cheapest item as I didn't want to give them any more of my money. It was a scarf cost that £22, the exact same scarf is on AliExpress £3.33.They have even used the same photos used on AliExpress. Screenshot any of their items on their website, Google lense it and you'll see them on AliExpress and Temu for a fraction of the price.How do they get away with calling themselves a London company that collaborate with world class designers. Their "story" on their website is absolute bull.
A really poor service and clearly not a uk company but based in China. I ordered a pair of trousers that were way too small. They arrived three weeks late with no returns info. Long story short I have to return them to China fully recorded delivery which will cost more than the item! Avoid at all costs!
I wouldn’t recommend this company, really poor customer service. I placed an order on the 23rd November, money taken from account that day - today 5th December I still haven’t received anything. No effort to track or find my order - I had thought about ordering other item but after this I won’t be going back to them. Very disappointed and unhappy
If I could give it zero stars I would. Items took over three weeks to arrive. On arrival the quality is absolutely awful, and the sizing is AT LEAST 25% smaller than advertised! I mean it was actually comical trying these trousers on! Be aware that there are no free returns, and they have to be posted to China. There is NO London store. Buy from them if you like, but you’ve been warned!
