Order no 19042 - Abysmal Experience They’d delivered 6 weeks late ordered in July arrived 23 September on the first orderAgainst my gut feeling I gave them the benefit of doubt.The first order delivered was I can only describe as cargo pants for a 10 year old labelled size 2XLThey kindly offered me the large(st) size 3XL and said I could do with the original 2 pairs what I wanted no need to return I’ve offers them to smaller colleagues who like me were surprised at the “fit” and returned them accordingly. I agreed to replacements8 weeks later they’ve arrived. At the wrong address. On Friday, I’ve tracked them down to 2 streets away by chance. The only difference literally is the printed paper tag. Exactly the same trousers both pairs.£50 down and over 4 months.waiting to be disappointed I know they read these comments as a line of communication I want a full refund and in a timely manner. Acutely aware this isn’t a UK based operation in anyway shape or form.I’ll keep you all posted Seriously think twice.
Wish I’d read the reviews first.The website makes you think that the company is in London.Items take a long to time to arrive as the garments come from China.The quality is poor and the sizing is wrong.It takes weeks to get a response from Customer Service - you have to send back to China via Royal Mail International Tracked in order to receive a refund.Estimated postage cost £12.50Waste of time and money.
I ordered a cashmere sweater from them, and when it finally arrived after more than a month, I realised that it was not cashmere. In fact, there was no label on the parcel or on the garment indicating the material. Based on this misleading advertising, one could consider requesting their bank to refund the payment made for the purchase as trusting the company for a refund or a return after that experience is not an opinion for me.
Avoid! Returning an item involves shipping by Royal Mail to China! Received my coat and immediately asked for it to be returned as it looked nothing like the photo on the website, was supposed to be lightweight puffa style with rainbow accents, was very thin and wrong colour. I was offered a 20% refund immediately or I could send it back and receive a full refund. Thinking this was Olyndra London, so it wouldn't cost a lot, turns out you have to ship it back to their 'fulfilment centre' in China by Royal Mail tracked! All this for a £25 coat. Sounds like their name should be changed to Olyndra China...no London about it!
Like others have said, avoid. The items were never delivered, and there was no communication until I opened a PayPal claim. They even gave false information to PayPal, claiming I hadn’t replied to their messages. The company is based in China, not the UK as implied. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Thankfully, I managed to get a refund through PayPal, in the end.
Don't purchase anything from those people items are cheap and poor quality together with inconsistent sizes & excessive delivery times. I ordered a pair of RED Melinda Leather Boots, Size 8, when finally arrived after four weeks the colour was in fact dark burgundy and the size was way to small with poor quality materials. Tried to return these but their returns procedure is none existent. A complete waste of money.
