Had a sizing question and braced myself for the usual robotic customer service replies but they actually answered normally. Gave me straight up simple info that helped me pick the right one. Delivery turned up neatly packed with no random dents. That small thing made the whole experience feel nicer.
Absolutely atrocious. Terrible quality product, took ages to deliver. I’ve been asking for the refund process for nearly a month now and just keeping getting the same message back asking if I want an exchange or a credit note. I’ve now raised a case with PayPal to try and get my money back.
Order did not arrive after waiting 2 weeks. I've had the email to say its been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Communication from them has been shocking/non-existent. Reading all of these reviews, I don't have much hope for getting a refund. Quite ironic that they can reply to the feedback on here (not that their response helps anyone), but clearly don't reply to customers. Avoid this retailer at all costs.
Terrible quality of jumpers I recieved the stitching completely came away whilst wearing it! Struggling to get anywhere with returning the items no return address confirmed anywhere. Can only contact them on email and they are not replying. Looking at other customers experiences it seems like I am not the only one. Do not use this company. I am not happy doesnt look like I am going to get a refund because they just ignore the emails!
This company is a complete scam. The item I received was appalling — wrong size, terrible quality, and nothing like what was advertised. They don’t respond to emails, and there’s no way to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs — absolutely disgusting experience.
Do not buy from this company. The goods are falsely advertised and are not as described. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They sent me the wrong items and expect me to pay postage to return to China . They think offering 20% instead of a full refund is acceptable. Do not use them ever
