I always am extremely careful with my phones and always invest in a good shock proof case. Discovered 2 weeks ago my new 7t has a massive crack in the back glass after not been dropped or mistreated. After a.google search and looking on OnePlus forums seems alot of people have had similar cracks in same place. Spoke to my service provider who agreed it shouldn't have cracked in case I'm using and informed me to get in touch and the repair should be covered as this shouldn't happen on a phone under 6 months old in a sprigen case that is still under warranty. Many chats later and I get told the same thing not your problem and I have to pay. Not happy with service I have received this is my first and last OnePlus phone
I ordered( order id-M112008073574515474) my OnePlus 8 and wireless earphones z on 7 August and only got delivery of phone and not the earphones on 17 August.I called customer care and they provided me the case number: 200817003234 and after that no response.I have been following up since then and they are only saying that backend and logistic teams are working on it and I will get the product.I am not getting it when I will get my earphones.I already paid for this, if you guys can not deliver it you can refund my money.Really pathetic service.I am regretting on my decision to purchase things from you guys.Please if anyone can help me, I will be thankful. I want my earphones or the money back.
Hello, I am a OnePlus India Customer and I bought accidental repair plan for 7500rs which covers two years worth of accidental damage for my OnePlus 8 Pro. I dropped my phone and there is a minor crack so I went ahead and filed a claim with OnePlus but I clicked on the visit service center option instead of the pickup option so I had to cancel the claim. Now if I try raising a claim it will say no coverage for device and OnePlus Support wouldn't respond to my emails or answer my phone. You should be ashamed to have customer service like this, only a 3rd rated company would have such bad customer service.
Good Phone Quality, as long as you take good care of your unit. Some Accessories are very expensive, but is of high quality. Been using my One Plus 5t for almost three years now, and so far, optimal performace. The only downside on this unit is the Absence of Phone Audio record during screen recording. Other than that, good phones.
Worst Costumer Service!I bought the phone and on the day of buying the screen gets abnormal then i sent my phone to the oneplus service centre they first took 4 days doing nothing then thwy said replacement is approved and there is no stock in this they took my 2 days now on the final day they blame me for dropping the phone in water and are asking for extra 7500 rupees for replacement. Guys i recommend u all never to buy oneplus mobiles and their service is the worst service i have yet seen
Oneplus make great phones - however their customer service is appalling and I'm getting out as soon as possible. The back of my OnePlus 7T back case shattered after it fell off my chair while in the case OnePlus provided. I was surprised and disappointed but thought I would get it repaired. However on sending my phone for repair I was quoted £228 to repair the back and replace the screen. Now of course the screen was untouched. I then had the nightmare of phoning the 'customer service' number. On the first occasion they had no details of the repair and I had to give them the details rather than the other way around. The with the best will in the world English not being their first language its a struggle. They didnt seem to have any direct link with their repair service which is in Poland so they resort to having to email them. On the second occasion I called customer service I tried to establish why I had been billed for a bogus repair. Again they email the repair service and I get a bland automated response from them. The last of which mysteriously and without any explanation at all gave me a new price for the repair and lo! I was no longer being charged for the replacement screen. At best this is incompetent at worse they are trying to rip people off with bogus repairs. I still await the phone coming back and if it does I will be selling it as soon as possible.
I have been a OnePlus user since 2017. I originally purchased a OnePlus 5 and in April of this year I traded that in to get a OnePlus 7T. At the time I wanted to apply the trade-in value to the cost of the new phone, but the only option available was for a voucher with OnePlus. I contacted a customer service representative through the online chat who was able to inform me the voucher could be switched to a cash back credit on my method of payment and she provided me with a reference ID to contact customer support again once my voucher was received. On 5/4 I received the voucher and contacted the customer support team and provided the reference ID and they informed me this would be taken care of. After 2 weeks I reached out again to follow up and was told it would be processed within 48 hours. When this was not done I reached out again and was told something similar. Since this time I have contacted nearly 20 representatives who have essentially lied to me regarding when I should expect to receive this cash back credit. I have been informed my case was escalated to a "higher department" and when asked what department that is I was told they are not allowed to disclose this information. I have asked for other potential avenues to pursue and how to file a formal complaint but to no avail. It has now been over 3.5 months and I have yet to receive my cash back. I have enjoyed my OnePlus devices and with this insight into their customer service I am extremely grateful I have not encountered any issues. If it takes the more than 3 months to return a small sum of money to a method of payment I could not even imagine how long it would take them to rectify an issue with a device. While I enjoy the products I fear this will be the last device I purchase from this company since if I did have an issue with one it would likely take months to have it resolved.
I Pre ordered the OnePlus Nord. It was delivered and turned out to be faulty. Returned the device and yet to receive a refund or actually any update. I have contacted their "customer service" multiple times by, online chat, email and phone and every employee I have spoken to has made up a different story on the status of the phone and refund.They mentioned my case had been escalated, another employee confirmed it had not. Another employee said the refund is being processed, another employee later confirmed it has not.They say I will receive an update in 24 hours. I dont and left to chase back to be told wait another 24 hours. They cannot even contact their service request team internally to receive an update and have the refund processed.They mentioned the service request team are not answering their (customer service) emails (Only way for them to contact them apparently)So looks like I wont be getting a refund anytime soon.. This is the worst company and customer service I have ever had to contact. I could not stress enough to eveyone to stay clear from OnePlus.
I’m taking action against OnePlus in the small claims court. This is because they are deliberately withholding the promised refund for a phone that arrived damaged. They have so far wasted 2 months of my life. I ordered a glacial green one plus 8 Pro on 14th June 2020 and made the full payment.I was asked to wait for 10-15 days as it would take some time to ship the phone and get it in the store due to the lockdown. I was fine with it. But later when the phone arrived to the store. The store manager sold the phone to another customer as the customer was ready to pay more money for the colour of the phone that i ordered and also made a full payment. Ofcourse i was upset and contacted the customer service and they ensured that they would look into it. After a day or two they contacted back and said that i would be getting the same phone of my choice and they have spoken to the store manager. But the store people are asking me to buy some other colour and they will not be able to get me the colour i want as the colour is out of stock. Its not my fault that the manager sold the phone to the wrong customer and nor my problem if the phone is out of stock.I made the full payment i need proper service for that. So disappointed with the service.They have such an inefficient staff. Its 14th July 2020 today, despite making full payment on the same day that i ordered the phone i do not have the phone with me, its been a month. Very inefficient staff and service.Very disappointed.
