The biggest regret in my life is choosing oneplus mobile. Within 1year the phone stopped working and when i took it to the customer care center to claim my guarentee they just making new terms and conditions and manipulating from the beginning. Im not even a rough user to repair my mobile they charge 35000 . The mobiles entire cost is 40000INR Anyday dont prefer these china mobiles The customer serive is very very poorThey dint even reply to my mail since 3months.Choose your mobile wisely guysJust after so much of frustration i gaveup on oneplus
Brought the wireless bullets 2 and one side broke after 6 months. Send an email to the support address and received an update a day later with the request of additional information. Replied to the email and it went silence for about 4-5 weeks. I sent another email 2 weeks later and still no response. So now I tried to call them but the phone number on the website is not in use. (Dutch) probably the most expensive earphones I bought.
6 months ago tried to trade-in my phone for £80 plus a £30 bonus. 6 months later they have my phone and I've received the £30 and that is all despite them claiming to have sent the £80.I don't have the time or energy left to explain here all the ways this company is inept. I wish i could just let the phone and any hope of getting the money back go, but I'm stubborn and they owe it me so I just keep banging my head against the wall in the vain hope they'll actually prove themselves competent and perform their jobs to an adequate level.I now somehow have 4 different case IDs with them and whichever email I reply to I get an automated message telling me to use another.Their call centre is worse. A waste of time.I wish to god I'd never heard of them.
A week ago when I called for the 3rd time asking about where my item was from order date June 26, 2020 I'm getting no where again!This company has the absolute WORST customer service!!!I asked last week of "Ester", to refund my shipping fees and all she could say was she would pass on my request. I still haven't received the email in 24 hours like she said last Wednesday when I spoke with her about item being shipped. When calling today for the 4th time "Paul" only responds with "your order is being shipped Friday and will arrive on Monday" when I keep asking him to at LEAST refund my shipping fees. I asked for a manager and he said he is a manager but then when I continued to ask for a shipping refund he said "Richard" is the manager but he's wasn't available, of course! They take your money instantly! Now he placed me on hold for over 10 minutes saying he would be gone for 2-3 minutes to check about refunding my shipping fees.Came back 15 min later saying "Richard" will call me Monday about refunding shipping fees. Not going to hold my breath. Got no where after an hour on the call with him! When I asked if "Richard" was back from wherever, since it had been an almost an hour, he said he was put for the day. Earlier in the conversation he said "Richard" was not available at the moment. Lies. Lies. Lies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!****UPDATED 10/1/20*****I FINALLY received my charging cord on 9/2/20 after ordering on June 26, 2020!! No one ever called me on Monday like "Richard" said they would about refunding my shipping fees. TERRIBLE company, only because their customer service is so bad. I love my phone but wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of their customer service!!
I first purchased a brand new OnePlus 7 Pro, that had screen freezing and other issues within the first week of buying from the OnePlus site. I went through "troubleshooting" and was ultimately instructed to send in fro repair. The day before I sent the phone in, which was AFTER, I had problems, I dropped the phone and it had the most miniscule of a tiny scratch. I informed them the problems occured BEFORE the crack, and just because a phone has a crack, doesn't mean it doesn't work! The said the damage was because of the crack, but could NEVER give an exact diagnosis! They wanted 250 US Dollars to "fix" after MULTIPLE attempts at back and forth emails that are pre generated, I gave up. I bought a new OnePLus 8 PRO for 1000 US dollars and already having problems, and spent several days back and forth emailing only to receive the SAME PREDATED EMAIL RESPONSE! There is no escalation and no recourse! Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, this is by FAR the worst level of customer service and lack of support bar none! Must be nice to get paid ripping people off!! Will be filing with BBB, and LawyerA month later nothing , absolutely
