Poor customer service- placed an order…

Poor customer service- placed an order and there website selected the phone case instead of the ear buds.Phoned to change this and purchase the case instead and get the headphones as the gift.Was told no as it has already been processed and it hasn't because if it had been processed it would be packed and ready to go

poor customer support.my purchase was delivered back to them.they never updated me (at first they advised i should check it with DHL) , never offered any compensation and advised that the refund process will take another week. (which will make me their bank for 1 month).poor customer support , happy i wont become their customer !

Order from OnePlus.

Order from OnePlus.Order is delivered by Royal Mail 4 days earlier than I was told to expect delivery. Package left outside front door and wasn't there when I returned home.Been discussing this with OnePlus for over a week now and still no closer to being resolved.They have now asked me to contact Royal Mail when my contract is with OnePlus.Beware of this company. Once they have your money, they no longer want to help.Due to issue getting this resolved and OnePlus not replying to me for over 3 days, I've opened a dispute via paypal. OnePlus finally contact me again and ask me to close the dispute.I will do once my issue has been resolved. As it stands, I'm over £200 out of pocket!

Boycott OnePlus Oppo Vivo Realme iqoo

I am loyal customer of OnePlus Brand. Using OnePlus from OnePlus 3T. Now my current Device is OnePlus 9. I got greenline issue on my device at February 2024. But recently I saw that OnePlus is offering free display replacement in our country Bangladesh. I visited oppo customer care. But they are saying that my phone is Global version, but purchase region is China. Thats why I cant get free replacement. But in our country almost 90% phones are came from china and india. Then what is reason of that type of campaign? Its a totally scam. They are just came to doing business with that campaign.

Missing purchase

Missing purchase. Item was not included in my shipment and not included in the packing list either. Contacted oneplus so they can refund or send replacement. Days later still nothing. $1587 funds wasted. Started claim with my bank. Oneplus keeps saying wait 2-3hrs. Wait till tomorrow. Etc… so disappointed in the service.

OnePlus appear untrustworthy

OnePlus appear to have become a totally untrustworthy company. I recently ordered the OnePlus Pad which appears on the first few weeks handling to be a good product. I have my doubts whether this will last after reading many online reviews since the delivery of part of what I ordered. I am another caught in their free gifts trap. I ordered the OnePlus Pad because on a cut-price deal along with a supposedly free case and Stylo it seemed like a great offer. The free gifts did not arrive and OnePlus are trying to claim that I did not tick the relevant gift options to receive any of the free gifts (I know that I did).I have been told after speaking to customer services that they would send out the free gifts but only if I keep the product for longer than the 30 day return window period, or alternatively that I can send the item back to them for a refund (after inspection). Seems very strange to me that they would like me to wait 30 days and they make you feel like a criminal when all you are asking for is what they were advertising at point of sale. I don't trust that I will get a full refund from them either, certainly not without a further fight and raising the issues concerned through PayPal. The Stylo is now showing as 'out of stock' as a free gift bundled when purchasing the OnePlus Pad (3 weeks after I received it and first raised the issue of only part of my order arriving). Scroll further down the same sales page on the OnePlus website though and they actually have the same Stylo for sale currently (so another lie from OnePlus as it is either in stock or it isn't). I do like the product but I have concerns about its' longevity, after seeing the green line issue with many of their phone handsets. Regular updates also seem unlikely or for a short period of time as OnePlus appear to be a company hell bent on driving customers away. Still undecided upon keeping the OnePlus Pad but I don't want the hassle of the set-up of a different product and a fight to get my money back as things get busy with work again. I don't have the time for that now. Extremely disappointed with this company and from what I have seen over the last few weeks I would be pretty surprised if they are still trading in the UK a few years from now. The UK phone networks aren't stocking their products anymore and they just don't appear to care about keeping the customers that they do have happy.False advertising and untrustworthy.

Købte (desværre) en telefon direkte fra Oneplus tilbage i 2018.Nu har jeg så, 6 år efter, ud af det blå, modtaget reklamemails fra dem. Jeg ved at jeg aldrig har tilmeldt mig dem, og jeg har ikke (Som det bør være!) hørt fra dem ellers, i 6 år. I år har jeg så modtaget 2 reklamemails.Jeg vil opfordre alle andre med samme oplevelse til at få det anmelde til spamklage.dk, så Oneplus kan få at mærke at det ikke kan betale sig at overtræde reglerne.Hvis det ikke i forvejen var min sidste Oneplus, så blev det i hvert fald.Reply to the answer from Oneplus:"Thank you" for a generic, non-substantive reply.You are not supposed to send emails in the first place, and it is not my job, nor the job of all the other customers to whom you send spam, who did not accept it in the first place, to actively unsubscribe from something that we did not subscribe to.And from what it seems, it will just be a never-ending game of your "customers" unsubscribing, and OnePlus just adding them again when your sales numbers are too low.You don't follow the rules. That's a bad way of running your business – it does NOT align at all with being a "customer-oriented company."

Third world services in the third world

Recently bought a Nord 3C Lite mobile and it stopped charging within a month of purchase. The after sales services are very very poor to say the least. The service center in Manglam Place, Delhi has no valid contact number and have provided false numbers both on service record slip and on the net. Customer care center is completely useless and least helpful, they will only tell you to wait and be patient. Still waiting to receive back the repaired phone after 15 days. Have already paid three visits at the centre. very shameful ppl
