Loyal costumers since more than 10 years. One phone had to be repaired and was send to oneplus. Their lack of communication, mails that were supposed to be send, chats with customers services, 30 mails and comments to them , it ended with the messages that our phone was destroyed because we didn't respond within three days on a certain mail (in a period of 6 months). No sorry, no refund. NO MORE ONEPLUS. EVER. Arrogant b*astards.
There's a reason why they have 1 star on Trustpilot. Major stability issues in the software, and the support lacks anything positive. Even their system for signing up or requesting a password doesn't work; it shows errors. After their latest update, my phone displayed a green line on the screen. A Google search revealed that this was common with OnePlus phones, yet no support was provided. This was my first and last OnePlus. I will tell everyone I know to never buy one.Another issue I had for a long time was that my earbuds stopped functioning correctly with the phone, seemingly out of nowhere. OnePlus blamed it on the earbuds, but they worked fine with other devices. Additionally, there were persistent errors and bugs in other apps like YouTube, and the screen would randomly freeze.Throughout my life, I've had Samsung, LG, Nokia, Sony, and HTC phones, and none of them were this bad.Stay away from OnePlus! You've been warned.
Very bad customer support. AVOID. Responses take weeks and provide no help, they lost my RMA and refused to replace it (it was a free repair/replacement). Took so long to tell me the issue I can't complain to the courier. Poor communication between support agents as some told me I would be recieving a replacement as they lost it and some tried closing the ticket. They will claim anything in order to not complete your RMA. This has wasted 5 months of my time.
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an ongoing issue with the repair service for my OnePlus Open, which I initially requested on July 27. Despite multiple follow-ups, my case has been repeatedly canceled, and new ones have been opened without providing any clear resolution. (Case US********40 , Canceled)On September 1, after realizing there had been no progress on my July case, I contacted support. Instead of addressing my original case, a new case was opened, and the original one was closed. I was told to follow up again later. (Case US010********05, Canceled)On September 14, I contacted support once more, only to find out that, yet again, my case had been canceled, and another new case had been created. This pattern of cancellations and new case openings is not only confusing but also deeply concerning, as it indicates there may be no structured approach to resolving my issue. (Case U************30, Open and pending)Today, September 18, I contacted support via chat and was informed that I would need to wait an additional 24 to 48 hours, despite having already waited for nearly two months. No clear solution was provided.Given the lack of communication and resolution, I am formally requesting a written response via email with a detailed explanation of what has caused these delays, why my original cases have been repeatedly canceled, and when I can expect a definitive solution. Additionally, I was told on September 14 that if I did not receive a shipping guide by September 18, I should contact support again. However, this has not happened, and my concerns remain unresolved.I would appreciate if this matter could be escalated and handled as a priority, given the extended delays and the repeated mishandling of my cases. Would give zero stars if available. Changed from the Samsung Fold 5 to Oneplus open due to the larger outer screen size, but that was the only advantage of the Oneplus. Samsung much smoother operation, oneplus too buggie and slower UI. Never again oneplus!
Paying a deposit for the Oneplus pad 2 to get % off and get 1 free gift.. As theres no choice to choose what gift and paying the rest of the money still no gift.. Writing to Customer service and they say that it is not possible to get the gift after paying.. so i could choose to cancel the order and would get a poorer deal if i ordered it again.. all in all a bad experience. will probably reconsider to ever preorder anything from them again..
If you think you're getting good phone service, think again. Dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I've had an unresolved issue for months now. I previously had a display issue with another model but decided to give them a second chance. BIG mistake.
Absolute joke of a company with no customer service. My order was not delivered to the correct address and I am asked to open a police report... Complete trash business. I have used their products for nearly 10 years but will definitely be switching.
