I used to be very loyal with oneplus

I used to be very loyal with oneplus. I had the 3, 5t, 7 and 9 pro. I changed to a different company after that but went for the Nord 4 again. They took my old OnePlus in part exchange and I sent back my 9 pro for a £60 part exchange. I made a mistake and said it was a OnePlus 9 rather than the pro version. I.e I sent them back a better phone. They refused the exchange and then asked me to pay £27 to have my phone back. Completely lacking in empathy customer service. No benefit for brand loyalty. I Sent them a better phone in great condition and was happy with the price. I didn't want more money, just some help. Disgusting customer support. I will never but OnePlus again and urge everyone to avoid their trade in.

Extremely poor customer service

I attempted to speak to Oneplus support multiple times. Each agent I spoke with was curt and made no effort to address my queries. Agents would close the chat while I was still typing a reply. Oneplus won't even accept Trade ins of a Samsung S23 plus but they will accept the normal S23 or the S23 Ultra!

I am using one plus 11

I am using the OnePlus 11. It’s a good phone, and the camera is also very good. The 120Hz refresh rate makes the experience smooth. Sometimes it lags a little when I play games, but not too much. Overall, my experience has been good.

OnePlus Shady Practice: New Seal Sticker Over a Cut Sticker

Before I bought the OnePlus 12, I read the bad reviews and I thought they are the exceptions, I WAS WRONG!It looks like OnePlus might be cutting costs by slapping a new seal sticker over the old cut sticker on orders from their store. I do not know the reason for this but it could be their refurbished or returns phones, which they sold and shipped these phones as NEW.Luckily, I have a habit of documenting unboxing videos just in case of issues on online ordered items. Below is my unboxing video on YouTube showing a bigger sticker covering the cut smaller seal sticker, and my Google review will be up soon! Check out the YouTube video titled "OnePlus Shady Practice"Even though the phone seems fine, this shady practice makes me lose trust in OnePlus.I had the OnePlus One, OnePlus 6, and now the OnePlus 12. The OnePlus One has zero issues and still working perfectly today with Lineage ROM. My OnePlus 6 camera failed after 6 years. And now the OnePlus 12 shady issues. It definitely shows that OnePlus is definitely going down hill. With this kind of shady practice, you never knows where and when they are going to spoil your experience. If you have not encountered those bad experiences today that means you are just lucky.

What customer service?

Update, one plus customer support refused to acknowledge Swedish consumer law. I wish suing was a thing up here, but i have nothing to fight back with. I wish i knew this company went to s.h.i.t between my one plus Nord 1 and Nord 4. Guess Oppo acquiring them killed the company, no wonder the cofunder made his own company. This aint feedback btw mr OnePlus employee, this is a warning to anyone thinking One Plus is still One Plus of oldPray you dont need to talk to what they call customer service, only thing i was served was a whaste of time

Don't buy one plus products

Don't buy one plus products. Worst services i had raise compliant to customer care. They told to with in 48 hours your problem will be solve. I called many time they told same but still problem not solved. So don't buy one plus product.

Repair related concern ( One plus 9)

I have raised a complaint on 14th August and was asked to wait for a solution. I bought a One plus 9 about 2.5 years back, and recently encountered a green line issue. The company offered me the option to exchange it for a One plus 11r with 128 GB. I questioned why this was the only replacement option WITH 128 GB available, and even offered to pay extra for a higher storage option, but my request was denied. I've been continually pressured to accept only the 128 GB option. Despite escalating my concerns on social media, the company only responds with promises to revert over direct message. However, I've only been contacted by junior team members who claim they have no alternative options and that the decision was made by the senior team. This is unacceptable and I feel like there is no solution being provided.Every time someone new takes up my case, they fail to come up with a solution. This has happened before with Neha, who also informed me that 128 GB is the maximum option available. I would like to understand if customers who prefer a 256 GB option should be able to get the same version as their replacement. It seems unfair that both versions are priced differently and yet have the same specifications. For customers who currently use a 256 GB phone, their data needs are likely to increase, not decrease. It is illogical to provide the same specifications to both customers. I have never used a phone with less than 256 GB of storage in my life and exclusively prefer the 256 GB version. I have attached details about the phone's condition, including features, and the original packaging.I request that the replacement phone be provided promptly, as waiting 2-3 days for approval is inconvenient. It is the company's responsibility to arrange for the phone and not the customer's duty to suffer due to delays.If the company's service and product quality do not meet the premium standard that I paid for, I may consider choosing other brands available at a much lower price. I find it unreasonable to pay 50k bugs for a product or service that does not meet my expectations.No one sorted my issue yet.

Pink line on the display…

Pink line on the display after warranty passed. No support in Portugal, we need to pay almost 50€ for shipping just to know how much the repair it will be, avoid at all costs.Multiple people reporting these lines appearing even before the 2 year mark and you will have to pay to get it looked which is agains the Portuguese law.

Terrible Customer Service

I bought two phones and returned them before they had even been used. I had a very difficult time getting any kind of shipping label to send them back (I was on hold for a long time and hung up on multiple times). It took a long time to receive the shipping label (I only received one so I had to call them back). When I finally received the other shipping label, I shipped them both back to OnePlus at the same time from the same USPS. Several weeks later, I still had not received my money back. I called their customer service and the man I spoke to blamed me for putting the wrong shipping label on the wrong box and blamed me for not keeping the tracking number. He stated they had only received one phone. He escalated this case and they only ended up refunding me for one of the phones, so half the money they owed me. I had to dispute the other phone with my credit card company. My advice is don't buy directly from OnePlus. If you are going to buy their products, go through a third party because their customer service does not want to help at all.

Delay in delivery and wrong information

I have bought the oneplus 12. Oneplus notified that the phone is delivered and someone signed... The reality is the phone was not even delivered. They lost it somewhere. Now for so many days waiting and they are saying to wait for an investigation. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I am really disappointed with their support for this issue. It seems they really dont care that the customer is waiting and want to get what they paid for. I will not recommend anyone to buy from oneplus unless I get immediate response to get my phone or refund. Update: still no response from oneplus. They are basically ingoring all emails. Its extremely disrespectful and they dont care at all. How could a company be extremely unethical like this? Taking people’s money and letting them wait the delay with no response? Giving false promises and lies.. Update: still I didn't get my phone or a refund. I advise everyone to report oneplus website here reportfraud.ftc.gov/ or any other online fraud reporting scheme. This has to stop. Stealing people's time and money has to stop.
