One plus service is very bad. I had bought OnePlus Buds Pro and I was facing battery backup issue with it. I went to the service center, the team had submitted my product for two days and they said no problem, so I collected the product. But I am still facing the same problem, I don't know how the service center team diagnose the device, after that I went to the service center again and this time from my own overview and battery user screenshot, resubmitted my device and said your case is fine but the problem is in both your birds so we will order the part and replace both birds and now almost a week has passed and still my device is not ready. When I try to call the service center the call is not working and if someone picks up the call they say we haven't received the part we will update as soon as we get it but no one knows how long the part And when will I get my device? I am not happy with this kind of service. One Plus Team Please note that the service type is not that good or it is pathetic.
I already spent 14,173 to repair my so called one plus 8T. I also called one plus customer care to report the biased behaviour I experienced from their authorised service centre where one one plus user had to pay money to repair the phone another user received the service free of cost for same model and same issue.I just want to know if company can do something for the fraud committed by their authorised service centre located in Naktala, Kolkata.I also have both repair service invoice copy for reference.
Bought my OP8 on Nov,2021. The phone wouldn't light up since a defective screen which seems to be a common issue for this mode ( brand??). After spending 15 days to request repair service, the phone was shipped to repair center. Then they wanted to ask $654 for repair. They listed every parts of this phone and said the repair wasn't covered by warranty. This company should not survive in marketing since they've tried their best to avoid to take their responsibility. They don't have any loyalty to their own warranty policy. Very bad business.
What a piece of crap... Screen cast is at least a minute slow .. then voices are like a old record when you put your finger slowing it..... Phone has so many allowances on it... Slow .. and battery nowhere near Motorola ... REGRET getting this.. best buy service told me features. Well they described the pixel ... I wasted 600 dollars. Will Never buy another ... China phone also... Don't work right ever .. rather use a flip phone from 1999..
I bought my first ever OnePlus phone last march 2022 the OnePlus CE2 and since the update to is 12 my phone is totally unusable it doesn't work at all nothing works on it I have tried everything I will never ever again buy a OnePlus phot again as long as I live
Hello guys my name is Rana I'm very abset after buying this phone so I'm writing here my opinion about this OnePlus phone, after reading this don't do this mistake which one I have already did[I don't know why I purchased this OnePlus phone, after purchasing and after using this phone i realised i purchased worst phone bcz in this phone no any usefull features no any usefull camera again I m repeating here main important things are features in this phone no good features, if you want to invest money more than 20k to buy 1pluse phone my suggestion, please don't buy this phone you can buy MI phone in less than 15k there you will good camera quality and more than 1pluse features in less that 15k, and if you want to buy more than 25k so you don't buy OnePlus phone you please you can buy iPhone and you know very well about iPhone you will get all things but please don't buy OnePlus phone whenever I m searching usefull feature i didn't get that features in this OnePlus phone ]
I purchased Nord2T 5G through OnePlus online purchase website just last month. The customer service is pathetic and their services are below the standards of any other players. The RCC activation is a pain had to spend hours figuring out the RCC activation process and the customer service on whatsapp and toll free number is takes too much waiting and calls got disconnected and too much haggling around as customer service agents are rude and non-empathetic. Had waited for one month to get the issue still unresolved....the phone display quality is poor with the power on button is pressed inadvertently the Google assistant kicks in abruptly and unwantedly locks the screen and hijacked the phone. Very bad user experience and very bad poor customer service
