One plus service very very bad.no one staff reply properly in service care.i have one plus 9rt phone n I go to service centre.staff say 39000 thousand rs charge for repair.so I come back n I repair to this phone mobile shope only rs 1700 one thousand seven hundred rs only. no one buy one plus phone all my friends.staaf behaviour very bad.service is very very bad
This is a pathetic services I ever used in my life. I ordered one plus Nord 2 with my mi replacement order. 4 days after product come but they rejected my phone some body damage issue. After 3 days no update shown in my order they also don't know my order was rejected. I need phone that's why I am order it. But 7 days no phone and my money also stuck. There work is still in under process but my bank started EMI they also changed processing fees. My be after all emi paid by me then they will give my money back. If anyone want to buy from one plus site please avoid otherwise your life gone hell.
Worst experience I ever had in my life, I am using OnePlus 8T phone, after latest software updation my phone display having not working properly, coloured lines came in display.in my friends circle lot of people facing the same issue, but company not accepting to there mistake and not replacing the display. I am planning to move legally a complaint with whosoever facing the issue.kindly join with me
Please avoid OnePlus at all costs. I have been a long standing OP customer, having owned a OP2 and OP7Pro. I recently bought the OP10T and it's been nothing but problems. The customer service has been absolutely awful. The online chat is staffed with people who have very poor English and despite being given extremely generic "English" names, clearly don't understand the issues raised. Tried to escalate my complaints further and just went round in circles. Please safe yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere! I certainly will be!
So far it's been 12 days since they've had my phone. It needs a new battery and charging port. I sent it to OnePlus thinking it would be a quick easy fix however 12 days later I'm phoneless and they do not have an ETA on when they might even get the parts they need to fix my phone. They had said in an email they hope to have it fixed by Friday which will mean they will have had it for 15 days if they do actually get the parts to fix it. The fact that they have no control over their supply chain of parts for the size of the company that OnePlus is, is worrying. I can't say I will be buying another OnePlus phone in the future due to the lack of service. I now wish I had gone to a local repair shop that could have got the parts in 3 days however wiping the warranty. Before I got given the possible 5 days for the parts to arrive all customer service would tell me is that they will update the tracking portal when they get the parts. It's been escalated the the "higher" team who also don't have a clue how long it will actually take to get the parts. 220828-005586.It has been a further week and there has still been no new information provided by OnePlus despite several emails. I have asked support to refund me for the charges to fix the device and send my phone back to cut further losses as I don't think this will ever get resolved at this point.Since my last update, it's now been 25 days since OnePlus have been in possession of my device. The first time I requested my device be sent back is around a week ago now. I have been told it's with the "higher" team and to allow them time to resolve it. However, as I've requested it be sent back 3 times now I take this as a straight refusal to send back the device in the same condition they received it in. At this point, I'll just be thankful if I get my phone back at all.Final update. I have my phone back not fixed and all data wiped. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. Will not be a returning customer.
I used to be a big fan of Oneplus and still am of my lovely 6-year old OnePlus 3T device which I'm currently using to write this message. However, the company shouldn't bask in its former glory as models over the past few years have become a lot more commercial and prone to faults. Stupidly, I didn't know this last year and decides to upgrade to Nord 2. I've had to return it for repair when it wasn't even a year old, when the screen started going blank / unresponsive during calls. Through online forums, I discovered that the fault was due to a malfunctioning proximity sensor. So, I decided to turn to OnePlus only to be told that the screen needed replacing at my own cost, when in fact there was no physical damage to speak of. After lots of going back and forth, I've been left with no other choice but to share my concerns with anyone wishing to invest in OnePlus. Don't do it. I'd have sent you their way back in 2016 when I bought my 3T but they're now to be avoided. No idea what will happen to my complaint and if my Nord 2 will eventually get fixed. Just think carefully before feeding yet another corporate cash cow.
The product delivered with damages and also wet. The order page doesn’t have option to manage orders, We requested for replacement in chat but they haven’t responded back with solution but the private courier guy called to pick the device without any intimation from customer service. we haven’t received any single call from support team but they closed the issue and simply sending email as closing the issue as we declined the pickup for the device. This is not the way to treat the customers who spending more than 50k.I never suggest Oneplus products to buy directly from their site. Worst site, worst customer support. Dont buy Oneplus.
I orderd a new phone and used it one month suddenly my sim card was stop working because the motherbord of phone was defective and i gave my phone for repair its already 1/2 month company is not sending my phones motherbord i sufferd a lot still suffering kindly repar my phone soon.
