I want to love this brand of phone. It's stylish and good value, however it has so many issues and glitches. The latest is that it's just deleted half my contacts for seemingly no reason. Stuff like this always happens with this phone (I have the OnePlus 8 Pro). Sadly, after 3 years of sticking with OnePlus, this is the last straw for me and will have to go over to Samsung.
It is useless to buy products from oneplus store online. When u have a delivery issue or concern they dont have an information about it totally. Even if we wanna connect with agent they purposefully keep us on hold for 10minutes n later connect with us just to show that they are busy. Just placing an order they need apart from that nothing useful info we can get when the order gets delayed or damaged or etc. Useless customer services from oneplus. But the agents feel them to be very superior n arrogant.
I BOUGHT A 32 INCH TV ON 23RD SEPT. WITHIN 15 DAYS ITS DISPLAY GOT DAMAGED. ITS BEEN 1 MONTH. THEY SAID THEYWILL REPLACE THE TV, BUT THERE IS NO MOVEMENT YET. IF YOU CALL COUSTOMER CARE. THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. SO I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO CONTACT. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
Well this is how it all started, purchased a brand new 10T on the 5th October and received it on the 7th, unboxed on the 8th October 2022, to find the back was cracked! went to report this on the online chat, to be told it was my fault and it would have to be booked for a repair, was not happy with this response, left it a few days, recontacted OP on 13/10/2022 and spoke to a nice chap, sent photo's of the device etc. and it was all booked for a replacement, took me a few times to get the shipping label to return the device, but eventually got this on the 17/10/2022, due to work and family life it took a few days to get this sent, which this was on its way to the service centre on the 24/10/2022. It was finally delivered on the 26/10/2022. This is where the pain really starts. Eventually the website updates to say it was received by the service centre on the 31/10/2022 and to this day it still shows as "received at service centre, we will process your device within 48 hours", I have tried to call numerous times, doing this is pointless, it goes nowhere or you get cut off. I have contacted the webchat every 2-3 days since to get an update to be told the same thing over and over again, "it has been escalated to the higher team, they are looking into it" or "yes, you will get your replacement device in next 24-48 hours" or "it is with the escalations team, please give it 2-3 more days for an update from them" but guess what, "NO UPDATES WHATSOEVER" today is the 19/12/2022, still no replacement, repaired device, or any updates via email. I have had at most, 2 phone calls returning my request to give me no more information that I already know. I have even contacted the Service Centre directly, and guest what, they are waiting on OP.So in a nutshell, OP do some amazing devices, just whatever you do if it breaks, buy a lottery ticket! You stand a better chance of winning the lottery to buy a new device than getting your repaired device back in a reasonable amount of time!Also, OP, please go back to metal backed devices, glass breaks! my OP1/3T/6T were solid devices.UPDATE: As expected, typical, generic response that has no weighted information or assistance to resolve the issue."We have cascaded" - put me in another pointless queue "you would surely be conveyed" - just being led along another path of pointlessness!
Very bad service team actually they only focus on selling the product they don't focus on product service i wasted my 25000 rs for buying one plus tv and the panel was complaint they don't replace it or repaired it i registered a complaint one month ago and service team is not responding i never buy one plus product again 😓😓😓
One plus continues to lie about their trade in program. I do not suggest using the trade in program to anyone. They will not give you the posted amount of worth. They'll drag you around in customer support and tell you to basically **** off.
Edit:In response to OnePlus comment below:OnePlus REFUSED to cancel order but confirmed that I WOULD get a FULL REFUND of order and shipment, if I refused delivery. I refused delivery and OnePlus didn't keep its promise. You can see what is wrong with this already. LIES and feels like a complete SCAM.OnePlus comment is just smoke and a cover up of what they actually said to me when I BEGGED them to NOT send package.Original feedback:Awful experience when trying to cancel an order within 40 minutes of placing it. OnePlus said I couldn't cancel as it had been shipped already. I would need to refuse delivery. OnePlus support assured me i would get a full refund of the order _and_ delivery fees but that was a LIE. Six weeks later, was still waiting for my money back (remember - I tried to cancel within 40 minutes! ) and support said I wouldn't get the FULL refund they promised and they also allegedly don't have access to chat transcripts.For €6 that you scammed me for, I will not be recommending OnePlus to friends and family anymore.I feel completely SCAMMED by OnePlus.
Very worst experience with this phone, sound buttons are not working after 1 year, front cam lens are worst using gradually, totally waste of money 💰,,, very suffer,,,, I don't even give single Star but there is no zero option...
Ordered OnePlus 10 Pro. It was an exchange order. The delivery guy came one day before the scheduled date and I wasn't at home. I asked him to come tomorrow but he refused and phone was returned back to warehouse. Now waiting for refund from last 10 days, they have no means of communicating customer regarding the status updates via SMS or email. I had to call them on their helpdesk. Is this a good customer service?
