Despite the big specs of this phone

Despite the big specs of this phone, it's slow. Feels like a Samsung s2/s3,I have fast internet and 5G good signal but pages load so slowly or not at all, I'm going back to Samsung and this is off in the bin where it belongs

Horrible experience I ever had.Totally unprofessional as when I visited the care firstly the owner & staff members said ur device is in warranty & u will not be charged any amount during the replacement but after changing the power key they asked for money. I mean first they said it's free of cost & after 5 hours at report time owner asked for replacement & part money.If they had told me early for replacement cost i would have never replaced the part as I was in need of that money.At last i would have never recommend anyone to this service centre for thier any of the query.....

I purchased a one plus 10T

I purchased a one plus 10T. Wth trade in valued by them at £500First issue the screen was faded and followed their hard reset with buttons and the issue was there. Called customer care and was told to send back phone. As I did not have a spare any more asked foe a spare from them. Was advised not available after several calls ( curt and did not care.) They sent email basically telling me to go borrow one!!. Reset phone from factory reset from settings and to send back (as I geve up) that fixed issue. Then I get message from their trade in team saying value of my phone revised to £260 !! With no reason given. Customer service again !!! This time on email. They advised they can't see the reason either and will get back. They got back and said phone was in good condition but memory was no what I stated. I had put the lowest memory on the options . But to down grade by £240!! And after back and forth was told take it or leave it and if I return one plus the will de value as it has been opened. . If you want good customer service do not buy one plus. Peter lau sort you company out.

Ordered the OnePlus 10T on Friday 9th.. priority next day delivery.. device still hasn't shipped to

Ordered the OnePlus 10T on Friday the 9th of September, with next day priority delivery, which I paid extra for.. it's now the 12th of September.. and OnePlus still hasn't shipped the device I paid for to DPD winnit.. DPD within chat even says they haven't received the shipment.. so how exactly is the device I paid for going to reach me within the next 5 hours.. if OnePlus haven't even sent it to DPD.. it's impossible.. I even paid for priority delivery with DPD on top of the priority shipping I paid for..Not happy at all.. I expect an explanation.. on my order status on my OnePlus account the device shows as being prepared etc.. not shipped.. I have no tracking updates.. nothing.. I spoke to OnePlus after placing the order on the 9th of September and they slipped up and said something about a possible hold on my order.. and then completely switched the conversation to another topic.. saying I would definitely recieve the phone today.. I brought up about paying for next day delivery / priority delivery.. they not only acknowledged that I had paid for the priority delivery, but made an excuse about a hold or something, then like I said switched the topic saying it would be with me by today... If I don't get the device today, I expect a refund for the VIP DPD delivery I paid for.. not to mention the refund I let slide for the priority next day shipping that never happened..It's all fine though taking money out of my bank account.. but if I'm not receiving what I've paid for.. that is literal fraud.. Of course I will get a reply with an excuse but this isn't right.. I have recently been a loyal OnePlus customer.. I've recommended their devices to everyone I know.. because I recently purchased the OnePlus 9 pro second hand.. and I loved the device.. I had the OnePlus 6T back when that was released.. and I also had the OnePlus 3T.. I always came back.. and this is how I'm treated..If this item isn't dispatched soon.. I will be opening a fraud enquiry with my bank..

trade in process was useless

I purchased a oneplus 10T during a trade-in offer period, I was offered £50 plus a £150 bonus as long as I shipped my old phone by 8th september.Where I live, I have no access to Collect+ or DHL and during a support chat, was assured I would be sent a royal mail return label. The response I got via email 2 days later made no sense in relation to my query, followup reply delays meant that I missed the cut-off and was charged the initial £50 discount and lost the opportunity of the bonus.All further communication with Oneplus was unhelpful.

One Plus-Incompetence At Its Finest

If you ever desire to have your phone taken hostage, send it to One Plus for repair. You will have the pleasure of not knowing the status of your repair, not receive a loaner, and be told that your repair part is out of stock after 3 weeks of them posessing your device. But they will tell you in a cheerful yet hopeless voice "not to worry" and "please give us 24-48 hours so we can escalate this to the repair team." After 3 weeks of this I requested my phone back and it will be another 5-7 days for them to process the refund and return of my device. What an absolute sham of a company. They make decent devices, but as far as the support they provide you may as well just throw your device directly in the garbage when it breaks.....There is no hope for a pleasant repair process. A truly horrendous experience. Incompetant and frankly borderline criminal. Beware!*Update: I've received a response from the One Plus team.... Guess what? They are "escalating" my concern to another team. Classic!!!!!

Bgmi not working in my one pls Nord ce 2 lite 5g

This phone is pretty new only about 2 months old mainly switched to this phone from my old phone so I can have a better and smoother gaming and overall experience but after 2 to 3 days later the game I mainly played BGMI stopped working on this device I've tried almost everything to make it work but nothing else is left except the fault of the phone itself if u have any idea about this issue that this phone one plus Nord ce 2 lite 5g is facing kindly inform me this has definitely not left a good review of the one plus brand on me,will not be recommending this to anyone I know

Very worst after sale service even after two months issue nit sloved will lodge complaint in consume

Oneplus is such a worst company in providing customer service .its already been 2 months now since i raised complained about my oneplus tv dead condition.its under warranty and qs technician said it needs a panel change. Even after escalation on every 10days once still no response nor they cared about customer .people those who are interested in one plus pls remind that your money won't worth buying this and regret for life like I do.please never buy oneplus products. I lost my patience completely now. Now i m going to consumer court.Fraud company. Cheating people.

Pathetic Service

My tv have display issues after technician checking it, he confirmed panel has to be replaced. This was in July 2nd week and after multiple calls to customer care and multiple mails to their so called escalation team, the only response I got is thanks for your patience, we are working on your issue. Finally they sent panel on sep 1st week and after replacement it worked for 2 days and I have same issue again and technician again told panel issue. It's been 15 days now and it is same response I'm getting from oneplus that they are working on resolution. I have spent so much money on this tv and from last 3 months I have kept it for show in my home. I don't know when the issue would be resolved!No one is helping us here.Oneplus service is very pathetic and I would strongly suggest not to buy these product. If you buy and any issues with the product then no one will help you. You should struggle and keep following up with no resolution for months.I would give 0 rating for oneplus service.

Embarrassing service

I received my order on 5/9. When I opened the parcel, the seal on the phone box was broken. I contacted support through the app straight away. Apparently, I got in contact with "the English support" who immediately informed me that a case for a replacement phone was initiated. I spent several days trying to inform you that I will be leaving Sweden on the 16th of September due to exchange studies in the UK, so we would need to find a solution where I could receive the replacement order before that. Several times your support stated that I "Need not worry" and that it would be solved (I have screenshots of this). I have even suggested that I could reorder, as long as you would offer me the opportunity to reorder the same offer with the 10T and Pro Buds, which no longer is available on the website, but nothing has happened. Today I received a new email saying that my replacement case had been cancelled since the TAT was not satisfactory to me.....OnePlus has failed at the bare minimum of customer service, up to a point where it is downright embarrassing. After wasting 5 days, more than 15 emails and several hours spent with chat support, absolutely nothing has happened... I am extremely disappointed with the service which I have received so far.
