I own a oneplus 7 pro and called op support team on 11-11-2022 about no updates since April of this year and still no android 12? This was rude and couldn't tell me anything but' wait Until you get it. Android 13 is in motion , the year is almost over and this guy says " wait untill you get it.I'll never buy another op again! This company use to be good.

***THE WORST SERVICE *** I had given my phone ONEPLUS 8T for service regarding GREEN LINE ISSUE on SEP 28th 2022 . JOB ID - M13IQWW6GQS. They gave me 5 days for  approval +20 days for Repairing.After I got confirmation of approval on 6th OCT.Again around  15th oct they had told me they would give me a silver panel instead of a green panel and I had told them it was ok. But still when ever I am calling them they are postponed to 10 days. Its the worst service ever face by me... I request every one its better to buy another brand phone.

I loved OnePlus when they started...

I loved OnePlus when they started, I have personally recommended many people to buy a OP. There where always some software issues but I always believed it would improve over time. Then it started to get more and more. A few days ago I installed OOS12 and I went to my settings to check if I didn't accidently get a pre alpha build. It didn't.This is by far the most disappointing experience with a company I've ever had and I will certainly never buy or recommend any OP ever again unless QC has some serious changes because this is just unacceptable.

Worst after sales service ever seen in my life

I have raised my OnePlus TV 43Y1 repair request on 3rd Sept 2022. It been almost 2 moths but no progress at all from Oneplus india. It is flickering issue just after 4 months of buying. Very poor after sales service, I am tried of raising same issue on different platforms. I don't know why they call themselves a brand.

I had bought faulty Bluetooth headset…

I had bought faulty Bluetooth headset online and wanted to replace them. So I went to the OnePlus service center and applied for a replacement. It has now been over 3 months! They don't contact us when the order is delayed or cancelled, they don't have the audacity to be communicative with the customers and this has been a very bad experience for me. I wouldn't suggest buying any OnePlus product to anyone. Would have rated negative if possible.

JokeThis company is an absolute joke and an utter disgrace, I ordered the OnePlus 10 pro 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped, I keep just getting told to please allow 3 to 5 more days and they can surely help me, I will never again order a single thing from this disgusting company,

Abysmal Repair Service

They took two months to return my device from repairs and hadn't even fixed the issue.The only reason I heard anything was because I phoned up, there was no notifications via email at all.Edit: They responded thinking that it was returned without repair. No they replaced basically everything except the one component I had complained was malfunctioning. Which was battery issues.

I wish i could give -100 stars for this company. I curse myself to buy a product of this pathetic company. Case ID - 220914-002629The TV i have ordered is 55 inch US, it is not functioning. their representative visited 2 months ago and said that there is a motherboard issue and they will replace it within 7-8 days or replace the entire television. it’s been 2 months, no one has contacted and i cannot contact anyone in one plus. Their support number 1800 102 8411 is not functional nobody answers, only IVR keeps repeating for hours! I spoke 7 times with their pathetic agents after so much struggle to get connected with them. Every time i am just given a hold response and false promises. Last time when i spoke i was told that it would be done by 25 Oct 2022 which is yesterday and still nothing is done. I visited the service center of kurla phoenix and they refused to help us, they straight away said that they cannot do anything about it as it is a mobile service center and not a TV service center and one plus does not have any TV service centers. Very pathetic service! There was a guy named Shyam who refused to give his employee ID or connect with a manager in phoenix market city center of one plus. Kindly help us with the issue at the earliest or i would be he forced to go to the consumer forum. Regards, Kanishka Patel
