Absolutely ridiculous, time - wasting Customer Support and OnePlus 9 which failed to work within 6 months since purchase.Customer Support misinformed me that I will have to pay only for the physical damage, massively delayed getting to quote the damage, after 7 calls with Customer Support (who struggled to speak English) I was told that they cannot do anything, except offering a £10 voucher, and I can only reject the repair, even after explaining the whole problem to them over and over again. The repair did come up to a ridiculous rip off price of £500, which was done as well for £120 in the nearby repair shop. Shame that I had to waste over a week!Not only Customer Support failed to provide the tracking information initially (to clarify - I had to call 3 times to ask the link for the online repair tracking, why is this not provided in the initial email!), with failing to provide correct Royal Mail return information, but it appeared to be that my phone was laying somewhere for two working days waiting for the inspection (and that all came up only after 6 calls with Customer Service and being referred to Manager, who failed to resolve the issue as well).Very very upset that I wasted £700 for the phone that just had to break within half a year and, due to one small crack and the main fault being the faulty factory hardware, I have to go for another phone. Was very happy with my OnePlus 6T, now what they produce is non-realiable technology and sadly I have to move to another phone brand. R.E. OnePlus response: When confronting the Manager regarding the misinformation by Customer Service over the phone, they said they cannot track that information to verify - what kind of “quality purposes” do you record the phone calls then! Seems like providing such information won’t change much, sorry! Your manager already clearly explained that it’s £10 credit for £500 rip-off repair and that’s it!
One plus service is very very very bad.My TV has not been working for the last 40 days and they are still gathering the spare part to fix it.Worst service providers just need money but spend nothing on support.I could have given 0 rating but I have to select 1.
Good phone. Awful awful awful customer service. Traded in my phone for instant £70 off new phone and £80 due once they receive my trade in. A month later they have confirmed receipt of my satisfactory trade in but haven't matched it with my order. This means they have charged me for the original £70 and not issued the £80 bonus. No one in their customer service team seems to understand the situation or how to resolve it. Don't buy from OnePlus.com.
Your support sucks and your updates are delayed not in days but in months... I have OnePlus Nord 2 5g and I am still on Android 11 A21 2103 update when almost everyone outside Europe and some ppl form eu gets android 12 and 10 OTA after that. Support cant even tell me why I don't get updates. You suck OnePlus!PS.I could downgrade to a20 update and from there updates works fine but it's not my job you mess up so fix it already...
I have ordered Oneplus TV in Sept'21. Last month from 10th Aug, flickering started on screen and eventually increased. I contacted OnePlus toll free number for complaint. After 2 days of trying they took my complaint and sent technician which again took 2 days to come. Technician told that there is panel issue and they will change the panel within 6-7 days. Then started my suffering with repeated wrong commitment dates. First of all, You are not provided with any system to track your complaint status, nobody will receive your calls from service team. The standard answer is your part will come within 7 days. After much follow up I got to know they will replace TV, but then they are telling that TV not available. (This is big joke.) After calling many time now customer care person saying u will get TV within 7 days. Already for 1 month I hv suffered. Still no TV came. Today again I'm being told that TV will come within 7 days. Worst experience of lifetime. Ref id. 220917\004801Update: even after so many follow up calls, nobody picking up calls from service team.Toll free number executive are repeating same response that your TV with be replaced in 7 days.Highly frustrated with this kind of service.
Really fraud and scammer company .waiting for q1 55 tv repair since 16 sep.all i get is same mail every week wait for 7-10 days bcos parts are not available.i filed a complaint in national grievance forum on 6 oct and this shameless company hasnt replied back to them either.please never buy or recommend oneplus product.
I ordered a phone and cover which was to arrive on the 13th September 2022. Never arrived. I contacted oneplus via their chat messages. Priscilla B was the first person I spoke via chat text message. priscilla said that to with until tomorrow and it will arrive. Today 14th did not arrive. Again I got on to online chat text message and spoke with a Jessica R. Same questions I was asked as previous only this time I was told it is still in the warwhouse and jessica she would IMMEDIATELY get an investigation started to see what the problem is. so frustrating. I was then told to give the 3 to 5 more days to investigate. Instead of saying Sir you will get your order in 3 to 5 working days some 7 day after order stated before I paid I would get it. If I had to know this was their standard of service quality I certainly would not have ordered. I still await my phone and cover.
I wish there could have been 0 ratingBut anyways, do you know who would be better to pay money begger or one plus, for get about the money i wont even give my s**t to one plus... Worst of all their services are chargeable even in warrenty. Trust me if anyone could read this even if this is the last brand left in the world do not take it
