One plus is a fraud company, do not purchase anything of this brand, I am suffering. Two month since my display started flickering with vertical lines, no replacement till date. only thing they can do is escalate the case. Case I'd IN05342TV221109001 and 221201-009399
I bought the OnePlus 10Pro only because of the trade-in deal I was offered for my OnePlus 7. I was offered €90 instant credit and €200 bonus after trade-in. I sent my OP 7 back, in it's original packaging and fully functional. I mistakenly never took photos or videos to prove my phone was working. OnePlus have told me that there is a backlight failure and are only offering me €50 for the trade-in (meaning they will charge me €40). They are impossible assisting and will not recheck my device unless I can prove it wasn't broken with images. I feel like they have damaged my phone and are not willing to admit it. I'm at a loss on what to do. I could have used my old phone as a backup or sold it separately. I only decided to purchase the OP10 because of the deal I was offered. I am disgusted by this company. I have been using OnePlus for 6-7 years. I do not recommend this company.
Purchased a phone in July that never arrived because it was seemingly lost by Royal mail. Not oneplus's fault but not my fault either. After a lot of back and forth with their obstinate customer service who insisted the phone was delivered to my home address even though the RM tracking proved otherwise (last tracking entry was parcel received by Local delivery office customer service point), oneplus then told me to file a police report and they will issue a refund.File a police report? For an undelivered phone?I had to involve Barclaycard who quickly refunded me via chargeback. The money was refunded 6 weeks later. A lot of faff and unnecessary bother for me. What a relief, or so I thought.Three weeks after I was refunded Oneplus reversed the refund, with the phone still not being received. Again their customer service are both obstinate and quite dim, insisting a refund has already been issued. I'm not complaining about not receiving a refund, I'm complaining about the refund being reversed and the £150 transaction now on my credit card for purchasing Oneplus's very expensive fresh air.Again I had to go the chargeback route with my CC but this time Barclaycard were very unhelpful. I had to involve Resolver and even though Oneplus's replies via Resolver are quick, they'll just fob you off and advise you contact livechat or phone them or have them phone you to discuss the issue. What is there to discuss? I want my money back.Exactly one month after the refund was reversed, the money was credited back onto my card. Note this is an experience from a customer who didn't receive their phone.I won't be going near this company ever again. 100% avoid.
Please don't buy any products from one plus I brought a one plus television from Reliance digital in Nagercoil. After installation the television can't run. I called service operator from one plus side but no any response. The mother board of the TV was failure. Most worst experience from one plus surely iam not recommended to buy a product from one plus. One plus is worst company they are not eligible to manufacture TV. They are not aware about TV manufacturing.

Had a very bad experience with oneplus and with the customer service is worse .. association is very fu****ng dump . THEY DON'T CARE WHAT YOU WERE FEELING INSIDE ..ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS REVIEW THEM WITH 5 STAR .. Oneplus kindly improve these thing otherwise you're losing our trust .. i will go with apple else or samsung . They do have some good associate who really worried about the issue of the customer ...
I am adding my review to the crowd of other disappointed customers who have been similarly unhappy with One Plus customer service. This is my second One Plus phone. I was quite happy with the first, but this one didn't last six months before it started to malfunction. I followed the advice I was given to fix it on my own. Then took it to a private phone fix-it shop, none of which helped. One Plus' last suggestion was to send it to them for two weeks for service. How many of us can function without a phone for two weeks? Disappointed and disgusted that they wouldn't stand behind their product and replace the phone or provide workable options.
The company degrading exponentially. I bought OP7t at half the price of my current OP10Pro5g .. which is a flagship.. OP10Pro5g is in every way a downgrade as compared to the 7t .. gonna move over to Pixel as soon as it is available ... Pros of 10 Pro - really good fast charging- looks good but too slippery without case .. so its pointlessCons - horrible color OS - hardly can customize anything - horrible selfie camera nothing else is good .. for a flag ship phone ..rather go buy a 30K phone
Very very bad support. I booked a complaint on my TV on 21st August 2022, till today (12-10-2022) no one yet contacted. All the Customer Care Executives are very busy all the time while we try to contact them over Toll Free and also in WhatsApp and when we send a mail to them, they will give us different different date. But no solution, only repeated mails.Fraud company. Cheating people. Me and my friends and my relatives won't buy any of OnePlus products.Can't give any star rating.Please note that I have already sent multiple mails to your Support ID.My first mail was on 31st Aug 2022 with the subject "Blackshade on LED Panel : INSI220821700 (Unresolved Complaint)".The Flipkart Order ID is : OD122425125457587000While purchasing my TV has 1+1 warranty i.e. currently TV in Panel warranty and my complaint is with LED panel.Please resolve the issue urgently without any more delay. It is useless to buy products from oneplus store online. When u have a delivery issue or concern they dont have an information about it totally. Even if we wanna connect with agent they purposefully keep us on hold for 10minutes n later connect with us just to show that they are busy. Just placing an order they need apart from that nothing useful info we can get when the order gets delayed or damaged or etc. Useless customer services from oneplus. But the agents feel them to be very superior n arrogant.
