one plus service is the worst service I had ever seen, it almost 22 since I'm without the phone, I had submitted the phone for repair on 8th Sept and still I have not received my phone yet, it pathetic worst third class service, they even bother to reply or callback to the guest, sitting and warming their chair in the service center. Fcuk you one plus Fcuk you, hell with your service. I wish no one buys your phone in the future.
Absolutely disgusted with customer service.Hermes has left parcel at my doorstep when I was at work and when I got back home it obviously was not there.One plus has put all responsibility on myself when it comes to dealing with lost parcel.According to them and carrier it has been delivered although Hermes has provided pictures of parcel being left outside in plain sight.They are also asking me to deal with police.My responsibility laid in paying for goods and receiving it not digging where it is or calling coppers.I regret that I did not go somewhere else. Now I have no money or the phone
Garbage customer service omg, I ordered oneplus 9 pro 4 months ago it was supposed to come with Google stadia, Received nothing for over 3 months contacted customer service soo many times, garbage help reapting the same garbage over and over " I will escalate it " crap and not solved anything, at this point f***k oneplus I was fan boy but my trust is lost in this company, Switching to Samsung from now on.
Worst experience with customer care I ever had with any company. I am writting this review during the call itself and it's about 45 minutes and still waiting to connect with executive. Once connected then the guy shift me to technical team and again waiting to connect. In this much I can even go the service center in my city and get the issue resolved. Never suggest any one to call them.
Worst experience ever with one plus its been 75 days of my phone One plus 9r nd the Mobile is hectic with Qualcomm dump crash and boot loop Service centre guy is telling manufacture board problem we have to shell out 25k!!! seriously insane that to without any guarantees
My Nord 2 never arrived, it never left the warehouse due to a technical issue their end. Took 5/6 weeks for them to refund, initially they refused so my bank looked into it. Customer service is terrible, they fob you off and give non existent delivery dates, they don’t pass you to management when asked. They try to tell you that you’ve lost your parcel, that it’s Hermes fault, etc. even though I already knew from 2 different customer service people that there was a technical fault to the warehouse on some uk orders. I went to oneplus because family members have given great tech reviews BUT the appalling customer service put me right back to Apple where I ordered and RECEIVED my iPhone BEFORE I received a refund from OnePlus. OnePlus are a terrible company who do not value their customers at all. Ethan Maximus is the ONLY advisor who genuinely cared and did eventually sort out the refund, he deserves a payrise for being the only honest member of staff.
