Worst Customer Service

This company's customer service is shocking. Bought the Nord 2 5g in August which included a stadia première games controller as part of the package. The controller never turned up. I'm continually fobbed off by them when I chase it. I need to request it online and OnePlus give you a code..... conveniently the code never works. I've sent numerous messages ( most of which they ignore) and when they do reply it's to ask me to send them a screen shot of the error message I receive. The whole process starts again with a reply of....try this new code 😡. Why can't you just send the controller out directly OnePlus??? The phone is ok but I will never buy from them again because of the rubbish customer service received. I guess the promise of a games controller is just a sales gimmick that never materialises.UPDATE17th November and still not heard anything from OnePlus apart from the system generated response below on the 6th November!UPDATE25th March 2024 - surprisingly never heard from OnePlus 😡

Bad ear phones, terrible customer service

Ordered Oneplus ear phones after purchasing the Oneplus phone. Earphones sound was bad and reported it to them. They mentioned a replacement would be on the way however a week later they then told me they want old ones back. This was never mentioned in the first conversation with them; I had since disposed off these after first conversation.After contacting them numerous times afterwards and explaining to them what happened, they then seen original transcript so I was told they would send out a replacement. These never arrived and after contacting them numerous times since, it appears I am being fobbed off.Ruined my Oneplus experience. Been a Customer since early days and with my experience with their customer service support, I will be moving brands once my phone needs replacementUpdateStill no word from Oneplus, customer care is non-existent. Avoid at all costs

I requested repair service from…

I requested repair service from OnePlus, UPS picked my phone on 16th september and then it has lost. Oneplus investigating this case since one month, they always give the same useless answer, very unprofessional support, do not trus them. They offerred me a 10 pound voucher as resolution for my lost phond! Do not trust them, avoid their services, because they are liar and giving always the same useless answer, they do not care customers! Never again oneplus!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased the OnePlus 6 2 and abit years ago. Was working fine until some stupid update and now: alarm clock doesn't work and I got late to work because of this, battery barely lasts 3 hours, phone doesn't rotate on charge and it's gone so slow and laggy. No help from customer services. Don't waste your money and pay the extra for a better phone. I am so disappointed and will never ever buy their product again.

not the OP people loved!!

it used to be good once. have been using a 6t since its launch, worked and still working fine, but the buttons have stopped working and the battery needs replacement. followed up with the authorised service center for 4 months and still they dont have the parts! plus the newer models are just not worth the price for all the hype they create, just a marginal upgrade over the previous model but with consistent average camera performance and heating issues and together with the color OS now, these are the fones to skip.

The worst customer service i have ever witnessed

I bought a pair of their head phones at the beginning of last year, the headphones they sent where faulty, I requested another pair and again they sent a faulty pair. I've been trying to replace the headphones but their customer service is making no attempt to fix the matter, 20+ phone calls, 10+ emails. I phoned up today and they asked me to deal with them through email and promised they would reply later today, guess what, no reply.

Probably the best phone I've ever had

Probably the best phone I've ever had. I had Apple and Samsung phones in the past and OnePlus is probably the best value phone of the 3. For £600 you have a flagship phone, whilst you'd need to pay about twice the price with the competitors.Had that phone for over 3 years now, works like a charm, really happy overall.
