This company is useless i bought a…

This company is useless i bought a phone on 850 euros and now this phone cost only 450 dor new and available on the all store . I cant resell it after 6 or 7 months how the hell 50% price could be decreased so i suggest everybody dont buy their expensive phones like oneplus 9 9 pro 😡😡

they will 'consider to fix my issue' Broken and Useless

Such incredibly bad customer service. It takes 2 days to respond to any queries each time, so I've been back and froth for over 9 days waiting on a response for 2 days each time. I purchased a Oneplus 9 pro - the screen is faulty. At first they wanted me to post it to Poland myself!!! - I live in Ireland. They then said I can get it repaired in Ireland but I may be charged! It's a brand new phone, never been dropped or anything. Not working from the time I got it. They finally told me they would get a courier company to collect it from me to send for repairing - I've been waiting 2 further days and nothing. Broken product broken customer service!--- update after onepluse reply ---you clearly didn't read my message, or even look at the ticket ID I posted with this. I have already been onto your customer support repeatedly for the past two weeks and nothing!!! still haven't collected my device to repair the faulty product, and still waiting for a response to my query two days ago asking when you will collect it.--- Update 31 March 2022 ---I updated my phone in Feb of this year. The camera stopped working. My phone now freezes and reboots every time I use the camera. I sent it off to be repaired for the 2nd time - they replaced the mother board. As of yesterday my camera has stopped working again (phone freezes and have to reboot). I have spent 2 hours on chat to customer services. They won't send me a new phone, won't give me a refund, and can only say - and this is a direct quote from the chat 'our technical expertise will go through your concern and definitely consider to fix your issue.' and they 'kindly request you to stay tuned for the upcoming updates.' Utter piece of junk, that's the phone the company and the customer service.

Very poor customer service

I purchased a set of buds back in May and last month one of the buds stoped working I contacted oneplus customer service via live chat, I was then told a new set would be sent to me and I would have shipping details within 24 to 48hrs... Great I thought!!! I hadn't heard anything for almost a week so I decided I would enquire to see if there had been any update!!! It took about 3 days before I got a reply. I then got an email to say I would be sent a return mail with shipping details. I have not received this mail and have sent several mails with no joy it's been very frustrating. I have been a customer for many years and thought oneplus would value there customers better then this. Long story short they don't stand over there products hence why they are alot cheeper then other companies. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. AVOID...

Horrible and unhepful company.

Everytime i oreder from this company there is always a problem its been añmost a week and my item hasnt even been shipped out. Thats after i order with priority shipping. This company sucks and i will never do buisness with thne eber again.

after submitting the mobile for repair…

Pathetic after sell service. After submitting the mobile for repair (PICK AND DROP SERVICE) for 3 weeks... no response yet. Every time I called the helpdesk they have same response. 'wait for 2 days'/. Shameless service. I will never buy OnePlus products and discourage others also not to buy.Complaint Ref# ETHAWOXEXGGH.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is hopeless and does not bother assisting the customer. I would not recommend anyone to buy OnePlust phones. Stay away from them.*********************************************************20/09/2021Update to OnePlus reply.I did contact your online service centre many times. the last contact was 5 days ago lodging a complaint and never got a response. Provided my mobile number to your customer service team to contact me but never heard anything. Keep getting the same generic response via email Please do not pretend that you care about customers.

Update limbo

Update limbogot an update prompted, and my phone went into an infinite bootloop, the customer service representant didnt want to help and only told me to hard reset the phone, losing all my data, because "ofcourse you backed up your data right" not every phone user expects a full wipe from a system update.but now my phone wiped itself ! the infinite loop resulted in a hard wipe, losing access to most of my accounts through authenticators, governmental authenticators aswell, the phone is 1½ years old.Was happy about my oneplus until now. And i will not buy an oneplus phone ever again, nor will i recommend it to anyone, and i will actively make sure people hear my input on various comments :) going back to iphone thats for sure!

Too Worst service from ONEPLUS

Hi,Recently on 3rd August i puchased NORD 2 mobile directly from oneplus site & product delivered to me on 8th August'21. after the usage of a day i came to know that battery draining very fast (Even in sleep mode) then i raised pickup & drop request from oneplus care app on 10th Aug '21, then executive picked up device from me to Hymayath nagar, Hyderabad service center. After the regular & restless follow-up i received the device on 26th Aug'21 (Without diagnosed). Then i spoke to the engineer who said as diagnosed, he told no problem at device being a new we didnt repair the same. Then again on 29th Aug '21 i raised service request in oneplus care app, executive picked up from me & handed over to the same service centre (Hymayath Nagar, Hyderabad). Now, today is 15/9/21 i regularly wasting my time to do follow-up with service center & customer support. I asking for replacement of same (Device is under replacement policy only). but, i don't know what is the problem with this service center/company. They are denying for replacement of same device. I don't understand why should i purchased this mobile. From the day 1 of purchase the mobile is keeping with service center & not at least sending back the mobile. I am expecting replacement or at least Refund...I fed up with the service of ONEPLUS. I would like to ask question to so called oneplus, what kind of service your are providing to your customers. I request everyone don't purchase this kind of products & don't waste your valuable time by spending your money.I am expecting replacement or at least Refund...

Ignored ignored ignored lied to

I purchased a new phone recently from 1+ directly. I ordered an insurance policy that had a 14 day cooling off period. The insurance was sold as a 1 off purchase.I soon realized that the policy was a rip off compared to other UK based cover so I wanted to cancel it. To this day I have received no paperwork from 1+ or the provider regarding this cover.I got in touch with them for support as I needed someone to help me as I have no information on my policy from the 3rd party. If I don't have info or policy paperwork, how am I supposed to cancel something that doesn't exist??I have contacted them 4 times and escalated my case to the complaints team. The reply I got today after weeks and weeks and weeks of waiting for support basically told me that the insurance company needs to be contacted directly. I already knew that cause I've been in this mugs game before. My query after what feels like eternity has been closed off without an answer.

I'm loving it.

A few years back i ordered a OnePlus 6 and its was a awesome device. have used it for around 2 a 3 years.Fast device, good pricing, very nice placing for finger print censor.Sadly it died 1 month ago :-/ (due a problem with the motherboard caused a year ago due some Aqua in the charging port.)So after i was back from vacation i directly ordered the Oneplus 9. Fast device with good hardware. even tho the camera can have some improvements its a awesome device. fast and i can count on it.(not to forget the shipping has always been fast and right on time)Thanks for the awesome years OnePlus!
