Not up to my expectations

Not up to my expectations. Having wifi/connectivity problems with my phone. My oneplus buds z keep cutting out every now and then when in use with my pc. Every oneplus product I've bought had a small but tedious problem which takes away from the user experience. Never buying from Oneplus again.

I strongly recommend against buying the 9 Pro. The phone I purchased directly from their website was defective from the get go, and they refuse to make it right. When I first received the phone, there was a SIM card problem that Verizon was able to rectify. This took a little bit of time, but then it then became immediately apparent the phone itself had a major problem. What happens is, after some period of inactivity, 8 to 10 hours, the calling function fails. Incoming our outgoing calls don't work, but all other functions, like SMS, work fine (hence, not a cel tower connectivity issue). In good faith, I engaged with OnePlus support to get it resolved. They at first had me reset the phone multiple times, problem persisted. Then, escalated to a remote session with OnePlus to reflash the phone, The problem was still not fixed so sent it back to the One Plus repair center in Texas, twice. Both times, their attempt at repair was unsuccessful. Complete failure on their part. Now, despite my effort to cooperate with them, they refuse to issue a refund for a product that was defective out of the box. I have demanded a refund multiple times, but instead, and only all the above, they only offer to send me another phone, which is not a viable resolution. Bottom line, they supplied a defective product from the get go, wasted my time and energy with multiple failed repair attempts, dozens of emails back and forth. I have zero confidence in their product and learned the hard way that OnePlus does not respect or support their product or their customer.

Very invasive tech support

Very invasive tech support. You have to provide all the sensitive information you can possibly think of, give them acces to your phone, your pc, your home and your college fund for the kids, and while they work out the issues on your devices, they more often than not will wipe all its content because that's just how it goes.Can it really be this difficult and bothersome to see if my device is rooted or not?

Poor/inexistent support, do not honor warranty

I needed to contact customer support twice, first time due to a network issue, poor customer support reply took months. Second time, my phone stopped working, it was still under warranty yet they refused to fix it under warranty. They suck! Their support sucks and their CTDI repair center in Europe is a scam.

Order wasn't delivered and returned to sender.

Due to someone's mistake my order was send to a wrong address, while in Order Recipe it is a right one. As a result I didn't receive a package. The Customer Service is totally useless. Spend 30 mins trying to explain the situation, while they already receive package back. Now need to wait 7-8 days while they are "investigating". Next time will order on Amazon.OnePlus Nord 2 5G SIM Free Blue Haze 8 GB RAM + 128 GB Storage

Sent phone off would not start nord n100Had email sent phone 7th August email stated received 16th since online message service "will be be with you in 7 days" then battery unavailable one week later Called and told then and in several calls please wait a few more days and we promise we will RESOLVE THE PROBLEM YOUR CASE HAS BEEN ESCILATED. Call to supervisor 3rd September again case ESCILATED call Monday 6th September same message ring Wednesday asked if battery still not available what would outcome be told never had to deal with this.again asked how would it be RESOLVED would I get a replacement offers to upgrade nord 2 told would have to wait till wednesdayHave had phone 2 months am disgusted with service this is my 3rd one plus phone never had to deal customer service and do not feel it's a service at all

Pathetic customer service

You buy a Rs. 50K phone and don't even have access to basic customer service. The IVR takes its own sweet time going in circles and tells you to wait for around 15 mins, citing COVID excuses. Ultimately the call is cut randomly. Similarly, the OnePlus whatsapp support has a waiting line of more than 450.

Software update store apparently full...

Have tried checking for software updates from their site, is met with "Oops, the store is too crowded. Please try again later.". What store??? I am just trying to see if a update have come out for my phone or not and not buy something. Ridiculous that such an issue exists and it has been ongoing for days now.

An Expensive Mistake

First off, I would have never purchased this phone had I known the permanent design flaw of the red numeral 1 on the home screen clock. I use my device as a watch/clock, and any time there is a '1' in the time, this imbecilic design flaw colors the number 1 a deep dark red and it disappears into the darker background so it is absolutely useless as a timepiece, and always shows the time incorrectly.Second, I didn't use the phone for approximately two weeks while I waited for the screen protector, which is called a 'bumper' on the OnePlus site. One week after putting the bumper on the phone, it somehow developed a chip in the edge of the glass, despite it supposedly being Gorilla glass and having a factory installed screen protector, PLUS this useless bumper. This bumper does not protrude high enough above the sides of the screen edge to offer any protection whatsoever. On the other hand, my five-year-old phone Motorola has never had any damage, and it came with a screen/phone protector factory installed.Overall, I would not recommend this phone to anyone, and I will not purchase another OnePlus product ever!
