Review Time
I recently bought a tempered glass screen protector with my OnePlus 9. While I'm more than happy with the phone itself, the screen protector itself received a crack about a month after I applied it to the screen. This was with the phone having been in a cover at all times. For a screen protector that cost 239 dkk (€32), you would expect it to last at least 3 months under normal usage. To add fuel to the fire, when I contacted OnePlus's customer service about this, I was met with a stern no on the possibility on any RMA. This is unacceptable, especially when being pretty careful with the phone.
I was not happy with my OnePlus 9Pro as wifi kept dropping out so sent it back after 2 weeks for a refund. They received the phone on 27th July (tracked) then said: The turn around time for the refund would be 5-6 business days from the time the service center received the parcel. Now, 7 business days on they tell me they have not yet checked the parcel and I will have to wait another 2-3 business days. Disgusting. We are talking about a refund of some £940 which I need to buy another phone. No wonder your reviews are all very low.
Recently received my new OnePlus 9 - great spec phone at a good price, fast shipping and absolutely no issues. My only complaint is it advertises 11 hours screen time and I barely get 5 if I'm lucky, but that's sufficient for more than a day's normal use. I've had three OnePlus phones now and always been happy with them.
From last 8 days, Im trying to use the exchange offer given by OnePlus but i am not able to place an order. Just keeps on poping up a error saying "Oops the store is crowded. Please try again" But if i remove my exchange offer and try to buy, im able to proceed with payment. Have been struck with this for 8 days and getting no response from OnePlus customer service or email's. Just waste of time and just a fake offer by OnePlus. Repeated calls to customer care, mails to support had fallen in deaf years.

UPDATE: Still no refund from OnePlus, after telling me to wait for 2-3 working days (it's now been 5 working days) and nothing. To top it off couldn't have thought their live chat advisors could get any dumber. What a joke of a company.Took my money and I received no phone! Been chasing this for days with no resolution. On their live chat there MANAGER is telling me:"We would like you to understand that raising a complaint with the local police would mean that they are at fault, it is simply needed to be reported about the missing device so that you could assistance."How can the local police be at fault if you've not sent my phone or there's was an issue with the delivery!?That's how clueless and stupid their customer advisors are! Don't even read your responses correctly and they also have no complaints process. Asked the advisor over ten times to log a complaint against the customer service I've receveid but they avoid it and try to deflect with you need to raise a complaint with the Police!Overall experience with this company has been terrible and there customer support is just so useless.
Yeah so I bought the oneplus Nord, and it is the most god awful bluetooth I've ever had in a smart phone. This paired with the fact that the phone doesn't even have a jack port, makes it unbelieveably inconvenient to bring music with you on a trip.I'm a long time oneplus customer, and bought several as they came up (oneplus one, 3t, 6 and Nord), but they've become horrendous and this is the last they will see from me. Might cost a little more, but if I don't have to deal with the bluetooth problem, it will completely be worth it.Edit: I could care less what you guys will do about it. You already had me waste 3500Dkk, without doing anything about that (the oneplus nord still has a ton of software issues, to the point that I usually restart at least once a day). Therefore I'm not buying Oneplus again, so yeah good luck improving your terrible phones. You might as well say it like it is, you don't care about your customers one bit. Your actions speak volumes for that."Pleasant day", yeah I'm so pleased by having to restart my phone every other minute... Unbelieveable
