I ordered 5 trees and received 4 of…

I ordered 5 trees and received 4 of them. After sending the company several emails no one responded back. The trees I received were shipped 3,000 miles by ground and I am doing my best to revive them but I think I will be luckey if half of them live. The roots of the trees were packed in sawdust and dried out. This company need so serious help. Wish I had reviewed them better before buying from them.

Ordered dwarf Santa Rosa plum. It arrived as described . Some problem with shipping company but tree seems to have survived. Placed order through Home Depot.

Dispute this with your credit card company

Dispute with your credit card company!!! I wasted nearly $200. They sent the wrong trees. And the trees they sent were dead. I called my credit card company and they refunded my money after a dispute.

they are not interested in service at all beware

They dont respond to emails or questions. cant find out if item shipped i ordered. it was a gift for someone and they are really letting me down. cant contact them no phone and no replys to emails. they should be put out of business. i will be contacting the better business bureau if i cn find them.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD

I recently ordered three trees from online orchards. One was what I ordered, the second appeared to be dead (Im giving it another week to see if it comes to) and the third was not the variety i ordered. I emailed and asked them to resend the right one. They refused and said they would issue a refund even though the tree i ordered was still offered on their website.I received a notice that a refund was issued for $26.95. It was not and to this day has not been issued. I contacted them again and also questioned why $26.95 when the tree was $29.95. A person named Erin said they had credited the wrong tree and said she would issue a credit for $3.00 That credit was issued. I asked to be credited for partial shipping because I only received two of the three trees I ordered and they refused.They do not answer their phone at all and email responses are spotty if at all. At present I am still out the $26.95 and would like it refunded.

If I could have given them NO stars I would have. BUYER BEWARD!

If I could have given them NO stars, that owuld be more accurate to the service and everything else that I have r3cei8ved. It took about two months before they woudl respond at all to the fact that I did not receive what I had ordered, and was instead sent a tree that was less expensive and was apparently dead. Finally, when they DID "choose" to respond to my pictures of the label and the plant mix up they asked for pictures of both (again: where did the first set go?) and then have NOT RESPONDED back as to the resolution since the pictures were sent... and that has been almost two weeks of waiting to hear back now! I WOULD WARN ALL TO NOT UY FROM SUCH AN UNREPUTABLE BUSINESS SUCH AS ONLINE ORCHARDS! BUYER BEWARD!

I ordered 2 Hostas and 3 Hydrangia 1…

I ordered 2 Hostas and 3 Hydrangia 1 gal plants thru HD. 6 weeks later I received what I think are 6 Hydrangia plants and no Hosta. These were stuffed in 2 18" x 12" boxes, laying on their sides with most of the stems broken or so badly bruised that they had to be cut off. A good deal of the soil had poured out as, again they were on their sides. So squished that 3 of the pots were all distorted from being forced into a small box. So sad. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Terrible packing job. I feel sorry for the plants.

Can't complain about the service...

On March 31, 2022 I ordered a dwarf shiro plum from Online Orchards through Home Depot. It was to arrive April 5th. Finally, on April 25th it arrived -- DEAD. Probably Fed Ex's fault that it got lost for 25 days.So, when it was back in stock, I ordered another one on April 29th. It was scheduled to arrive May 11th. It is now May 17th and Fed Ex says that the label was created and awaiting shipment. Can't complain about the service --there isn't any!
