I ordered a peach and a Nectarine tree

I ordered a peach and a Nectarine tree. One arrived with some leaves that quickly fell off after I planted them in large pots. I replanted in the spring but they looked dead. after a month in the ground, they never leafed out. I checked and both were dead. I sent several emails to theis company but never got a response. I will never do business with this company again.

Awesome experience

My experience was great with my order. My cherry tree came fast and it was a very vital tree. There were absolutely no brown stems at all, the trunk and branches were a healthy size but I especially liked the way the roots were packed. They were still moist when I removed the packaging from it. I couldn't have asked for a better tree and service!

Our gift from my sister for Christmas…

Our gift from my sister for Christmas was a Lupine Cherry Tree with no root ball and a crap load of sawdust. Dead and also a rip off for my sister who paid for something she honestly though would be a WONDERFUL Surprise.

Trees arrived broken and contacted them with pictures. It's been weeks now and no response. Don't order from them.

A Apple Tree Without Any Roots

On October 24,2022, An Apple Tree was Delivered to my home. When I took it out of the box, all the roots were missing from the tree. The Apple Tree Was all dried out. Today is the second time attempting to contact them. It is now October 26th today.

Wrong Tree and Bad Customer Service

I ordered a 4-in-1 plum tree back in Oct.; but the one I received was a tiny 3-in-1; I've contacted the customer service multiple times, and I am still waiting for an answer after a month. It seems hopeless. I regret that I paid by cash. I would never buy from Online Orchard again. Stay away from this place.

I ordered 4 trees

I ordered 4 trees. 2 were the wrong tree and 1 came completely broken in half. They came smashed in 2 boxes packed in sawdust wrapped in plastic wrap. They came with no directions. Nothing else in the box except the trees. I contacted them by email with photos of the trees and haven't gotten a response. Its been almost a week. One of the trees I ordered was 2 kinds in 1 and they sent me a Jona Gold which is cheaper then the double variety. Very disappointing. Their # I found doesn't accept phone calls. I think this place is a big scam.
