Gift that did not deliver

Ordered pear tree as a gift. It was delivered in lifeless condition and almost no root on it, buds never appeared.Contacted them over the email but never received any response.It might be coincidence but soon after purchase on their page somobody tried to charge additional amount from the card. Luckly bank prevented it.

I bought a bare-root Bartlett pear tree…

I bought a bare-root Bartlett pear tree from them last fall, and planted it according to instructions. Unfortunately, It was dead; never sported a single leaf this spring. I took a couple of photos and sent these to them. The tree still had their tag on it, which you could see in the photos. No response. I sent another e-mail, and eventually heard from them. They said they had no record of selling me the tree, and needed to know the order number. That may have been on the box it was shipped in, which went into the recycle bin eight months ago. I've written a few more times, and have no response to any of those e-mails. If I were you, I would never buy anything from this outfit. If I could rate them "zero stars," that's all they deserve.

Online orchards sent me two near dead…

Online orchards sent me two near dead cherry trees. They were butchered and only had a small hint of one bud on each plant. I planted them perfectly as I was a professional landscaper. I have them a year, they are dead. I emailed them 4 times, no response. Company seems like a scam to me!!

Very sad little trees received. They were less expensive than other…

They were less expensive than other suppliers, but I ordered 3 items and one (pear tree) arrived almost dead and not packaged as described, one half dead (apple tree, jury still out), and one in fine condition, but smaller than expected. Tried to contact customer care twice and received no response.

I ordered 2 bare root trees..the almond…

I ordered 2 bare root trees..the almond tree was pruned back so poory..the branches were dead...the mountain ash...i nursed into having leaves..nope..it was a poplar . Sure , I got a refund..after wasted time and efforts - dont waste money on them

Dead Tree

I purchased a winesap apple tree last fall from On-line orchards. The tree arrived with the roots dried. I soaked the tree and planted and as I suspected, it's dead. I contacted customer service a week ago and have heard nothing. Don't be fooled by the decent prices. Stay away!

Broken and too short

they poorly packaged my trees and broke all the stems before I even got them. None were the height advertised. I am a licensed arborist and was extremely disappointed.Dont even bother buying, their prices arent even reasonable let alone a good deal for a crappy product.

Dead apple trees

I ordered 2 apple trees and both were dead its been 3 years never got any apples, i will report to better business and put them on yelp they are crooks i want my money back and the fcc when im done with them they won't be able yo sell anymore trees

Ghosted by customer service

I ordered 7 green velvet boxwood shrubs. I received 6. I've sent multiple emails to request the 7th be shipped or credited. I have not received a response in almost 2 weeks. There is no phone number associated with this business. I have no choice it appears but to eat the $24.95 item I ordered and didn't receive. I wish I had seen the other poor reviews before I placed my order as there are many other online nurseries I could've given my business to.
