Really disappointed with this purchase. The towels are terrible quality, not at all the color shown online, and it turns out this is just dropshipping even though they make it look like a company based in the Netherlands. Very misleading – I wouldn’t order here again.
Updated : upon reciew of my case Ounia has agreed to refund so below review can be updated to reflect a better customer service that previously thoughtreceived order last week and have been trying to get a refund since. Towels are not luxurious as described are extremly thin and not soft. Refund is next to impossible. Do Not Recommend
I bought two set of towels - the spa package. Teh towels are very nice, but unfortunately they didn't have hooks on them which I needed them to have, but their customer service have been very helpful and responsive and is now helping me get a full refund. So good service.
When i took the towels out of the packaging they looked rough and thin. I was seriously disappointed and frustrated. Once they were washed they were then soft and fluffy. Huge relief because initially I thought I had been scammed. Good product
It's a scam. A nice looking website full with fake images, false advertisement and lies. Their bathrobes are not cotton but pure polyester that's shipped from China. If you're fine with wearing polyester bathrobe go to Aliexpress and get it cheaper.Don't get fooled by their Facebook ad that they're closing, that's another lie!
