I received my order and it was nothing as expected either quality or color. I requested a refund as advertised and have only been offered a partial refund and told to keep the product. I just came across a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint with the same experience. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and encourage others who have had the same experience to do the same. Stay away from this company!
It’s my first time trying this shop and i love the towels material. Tried the soft and found very light and absorbent. Got my sister to order from them and they tried the heavy spa like and they were great. Customer service is attentive and helpful. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
I got the wrong towels, def not 800gms .. I sent you 20 emails to get them replaced and you keep telling me that the team is reviewing the case. I shared pix and videos as evidence and even bought the insurance which I cant seem to be able to use. I still cant get a replacement and the 30 days are almost over! This is false advertising. You also said that you’re shutting down and thats why the towels are heavily discounted but this doesnt seem to be the case either!
