Absolute worst quality towels I’ve ever seen. So disappointed after following the brand from listening to a podcast about the founder. What a complete joke, they are definitely not quality towels and even when heavily discounted they are still x 3 the price of a Kmart towel which is better quality. They are literally the thickness of a tea towel. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing x 10 towels that will now be used as rags. Total scam

Feels like a scam

Feels like a scam. Bought the towels on a "closing sale" 2 months ago and quality and feel is not what was advertised. Additionally though I continue to see and receive advertising from the company where nothing about a closure is being mentioned. Dishonest business with a disappointing product - avoid!

Miserable experience

Ordered a soft-grey Serenity Robe which upon delivery turned out to be made of polyester - plush alright, but definitely not cotton as the item description in the FAQ section says. Looking closely at the product images, I can also tell the pictured robes have different design details than the one I received. Also: the tag had been cut off and there was no sign of it in the packaging. First I suspected I had been shipped the wrong item, but after emailing several times with customer support I’m told I should have known the robes are not made of cotton. How, is my question, when the item description says cotton? Onuia refuses to admit any mistake and now my options are to keep a robe I don’t want or like against a partial refund (25%) or to pay return shipping from Canada to China. Altogether a miserable experience.
