If I could give Michael zero stars, I would. He has taken my money and he hasn’t sent my order. After months of chasing and being fobbed off he has now taken to ignoring my emails. I think a visit to Bideford might now be required. A very shoddy way to run a business. Be warned people, spend your money elsewhere.
Items ordered showing as available when ordered.Waited a month, tried to call many many times, no answer on phone.When I did manage to get through, was told 'waiting on suppliers'. Asked why it was showing that was in stock when I ordered, was told 'I am not sure'.Ordered 4 trucks for N guage, 2 and a half months later, 3 turned up. Called and called them, eventually got through and told they were still waiting for 1 more. Told them to cancel the rest of the order.Customer service is non-existent, no call backs despite many promises. I will not be using them any more.
I purchased a Dennis rs London's burning fire engine from Osborne's and to be honest I was a bit worried about the Negative reviews I read But to be honest I received my item within 2 weeks and that was during the postal dispute Michael from osbourne's Kept me updated throughout Many thanks
I ordered several items in stock on December 5th and 7th, 2022. According to the normal delivery time, it is expected to arrive within 5-7 working days. After a month of no delivery and no contact from Osborns, I tried to call multiple times to check if there was a problem with the order but no response at all, I also emailed three times and of course no response, after going through 4 months in, I decided to seek help.I searched for the relevant regulations and the provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding distance contracts seem to apply in my case, I don't think Osborns is a trustworthy online provider anyway.
Ordered 3 x 009 Peco L&B coaches 8/9/22, according to their website items were in stock, waited a week nothing turned up so I tried to contact them, pointless using the phone as you get automated message. Emailed them, they replied several days later, "we are awaiting delivery from Peco" no mention of when. I contacted Peco, they couldn't give me a production delivery date. Emailed Osborn again to refund my account. Haven't heard didley squat since, so have had to contact my bank to cancel payment. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISPICABLE.
Ordered some N guage items from Osborns. Had a defect on one item. Trying to contact them is not easy. They do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. Not very good service. I've used them a few times in the past but will probably not use them moving forward.
