So so communication

So so Peco are having delayed supply issues but osboure. Didn’t reply communicate this and held order 2 months I suggested alternatives but no response - everything arrived eventually. But can’t say 4 or 5. star service

Still havent received my order

Still havent received my order after a month, just an answer machine, and an email saying they will get back, they say covid is the issue but then they shouldnt be taking peoples money.

Would think twice before ordering again

Efficient online service, although communication was minimal - it is now time to stop making Covid an excuse for inferior customer service. However, they damaged the item’s packaging in order to fit it in the box / reduce the size of the parcel. Luckily, the item inside wasn’t damaged, but I wouldn’t order more expensive items from them such as model trains because of this.

do not order anything online !!! it never arrives and when it arrives it arrives partially, they say they are sending a similar item but it is not true. they lie !!

Awful, placed order over 3 months ago, received part of order after 3 weeks, waited 3 months for the rest which has not arrived. No replies to emails and never answer phone. Took up issue with Paypal who thankfully have recovered a refund. Use Osborns at your peril.

One word : thieves.Order placed on January 29th. Half of the order received in April after filling a complain to PayPal. Today, July 31th still waiting for the other items. Not responding to emails.

Great service and an excellent price

I was looking for some Peco wagons which were out of stock at all the main suppliers but were listed as being available on the Osborns Models website. I tried ringing to check stock levels but couldn't get through so sent an email explaining what I wanted. I received a phone call within the hour and placed an order for my wagons over the phone. They were delivered in less than 48 hours and at a price that was better than all the main dealers!! Great service and will certainly use them again!

Placed an order on line which said items in stock but didn’t receive for about 4 weeks and when it did arrive part of it was missing so gave them a bit more time but nothing arrived so emailed asking to cancel that item and asked for an alternative item got a response saying they will look at it that was a few weeks ago and still nothing will give them another week then if nothing ask for refundUpdate : been two weeks since last contact with them and received nothing so now asking for a refund
