Wanted to add to outstanding order. Asked if they could contact me by phone to arrange payment. Have emailed my number 3 times and have not received any response. I realise that covid hasn't helped, but not being polite and courteous isn't one of the symptoms.

Ordered a Dapol Pannier which unfortunately on second test run had a gears failure. Have telephoned and left a message (their answerphone saying they are still closed due to COVID!) and e-mailed them twice with no response. E-mailed Dapol and had a most helpful and immediate response. Will not be spending £200 with these people again !!

Ordered several items 13 months ago. Received part of the order eventually. Phoned them several times, no answer. Emailed several times, auto reply. Too late to claim refund off PayPal. I cannot believe they are still advertising in all the magazines. Do not use this terrible thieving company.
On Sept 16, 2020 I ordered five PECO Wagons from Osborns, which immediately took my money via PayPal. Having received no further information, on Oct 1, I requested the status of my order and received a response that they "were looking into it." On Oct 22, I had received no follow-up so I inquired again and was told that Peco had been backlogged and they are "chasing the wagons for me." On Dec 7, I had heard nothing, so inquired again. Having heard nothing on Dec 14, I filed a dispute with PayPal. I finally received a response from Osborns via PayPal on Dec 18 that they were waiting for one wagon and could ship the remaining four wagons and credit me for the 5th. I said that was acceptable and I received the credit for one wagon. After a month I had not received the four remaining wagons or any further communication, so I contacted them again. After no response for a week (it has now been six weeks since Osborns said they would ship the four wagons), I have disputed the remaining balance on my charge card. Since Osborns had given me a partial credit on PayPal, no further dispute can be filed. So beware...do not accept a partial settlement on PayPal as if Osborns does not deliver, you cannot dispute the transaction again on PayPal.
