Out of many orders via Hut business pages Iwoot I've ordered many times and i only received one small package while most of bigger ones were mysteriously disappearing and turned directions and returned to sender and whatnot. Insanely poor logistics and waste of money and time and stress.

My mother bought some items on Look Fantastic for delivery to Ireland. The tracking states that the items were delivered. They have not been and have no idea where they are. She has been at home the last few days and nothing has been delivered. I'm also really struggling to find any contact details so I can chase this.
Ordered from Look Fantastic on July 7th, was picked up by P2P and and "delivered" to my address on July 9th after 1 failed attemp on the same day. I was cleaning my car in my driveway when I got a notification that my item was delivered, it certainly wasn't. Contacted Look Fantastic who agreed to followup with P2P and a week after there's still no response.P2P did not deliver my item and were not even in the vicinity when they claimed there was a failed attempt at delivery.

I ordered from AllBeauty and sadly they ship with P2P TrakPak. My order is supposed to go to Spain; but has spent now 5 full days in Venlo. #: IBE1303GB00074715501I’ve never experienced such slow service with any other carrier, it’s incredible that even AliExpress can ship faster to Europe from China than P2P TrakPak can do from the UK to Spain. Doesn’t even look like they update site scans, as mine has been stuck. No updates whatsoever.Honestly don’t even think that it will arrive by Friday - I’ll update my review if it does, but I’m generally really disappointed with P2P TrakPak. There are so many other better companies that ship faster, I wish we could choose the company ourselves as customers (like with some other shops).Also, I see the replies P2P TrakPak gives out here are generic and not helpful at all. No proper customer service.UPDATE: Correos received my order on the 13. and it was delivered the 14. They kept up the time limit and I feel lucky this worked out, based on previous experiences. I had no luck emailing them though, no response.
