This company is ridiculous!! I wrote a review on here 5 days ago that they responded to asking me to email them. I did just that immediately and of course, NO ONE ADDRESSED MY EMAIL! I have two packages that are stuck! One since December 4th which was given to this company on November the 30th! We are approaching 30 days now with a my package that was only supposed to take 7-10 business days for me to receive!! It appears that this company falsifies their tracking information. For both of my deliveries, it says that they were transferred to the carrier partner carrier in the United States however, I've called the partner carrier for both packages on numerous occasions for updates and they have NEVER received either package despite the P2P tracking system saying so. I do not understand this mess but it's absolutely ridiculous. Here are the tracking numbers for both packages! I encourage you all to check it out so you can see exactly what I mean! I literally have not have any information on my package since the day I received a confirmation that my package has been sent by the retailer. According to P2P my tracking number is ASO2500GB42431438101 but I don’t have any information on this tracking number. My package was supposed to be delivered a month ago.
I sent you an email before leaving my review here. I got no answer. On nove 30 I purchased a smartphone @eglobal Central it. It has Been shipped on dec 5th.Nothing. I’ve emailed the customer service team multiple times to ask about being unable to see my parcel details at all after 28 days in transit. My parcel was originally dispatched on the 23rd November. My previous review received a standard response that the customer service team had emailed me, and to check my spam/junk folder - which I have done, 3 days later I still don’t have a response. Tracking number is GER6960GB07882288501, the only message on the tracking portal I get is that there is no record of the parcel. The retailer has told me that the parcel has left their warehouse and with the courier.
