avoid by any means to use this company ... i have been waiting a parcel that departed on the 8th of December and that is still not delivered and that won t be delivered for x-mas ... poor company assistance ... make sure that the onlineshop don't use this transport amateurs

My experience is almost exactly the same as lots of the other reviewers in that my package appears to get to P2P and now appears not to have moved for 10 days. I have been unable to contact P2P. I have emailed EGlobal who just refer me back to tracking.What do I do now?????
Useless tracking system!!!!I am having exactly the same issue as everyone else on here! I feel awful!I ordered my presents on the 14th. It was dispatched on the 16th. I paid for extra for express delivery 2-3 days. The status using the link to TRAKPAK has not changed since the 17th December! It still says: 17th of December TRAKPAK PROCESS CENTRE.No updates!!!!The tracking number does not work. The third party courier obviously has not received it.I can't get through to anyone! I am aware there are delays due to Covid. But I ordered early enough and paid a lot for an express shipment.If you are a company I would advice NOT using this company as a way of sending packages - As it makes me never want to purchase from that company again.Ahhh! So frustrated!!

Hi, Same experience 11th package at the location " BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB" but still no delivery or change in the status. Normally sending would take 2-3 days and before Christmas you add some days but this I never experienced. (trakpak number: IBE1305GB00053958501)RegardsAudrey
Package sat for 5 days in BASILDON. It seems this is happening to everyone. They don’t respect that you have paid for priority delivery with their delivery partners. I paid for 3 to 4 day Uk to France priority delivery and my package has been sitting in their processing centre in the Uk for 5 days and hasn’t even left for France yet. No update on tracking. Awful.
