STILL WAITING ON MY PACKAGE FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING that was placed on August 9th!!!! Sent an email to FCB-Info@fedex like I recommended to do 3 days ago and STILL have not gotten a reply. This is ridiculous! FedEx never received my package from the courier P2P. I spent Well over $300 and my items are LOST!

Terrible delivery service ! I ordered from look fantastic to Ireland. My tracking number is HUT1860GB57047107701 , I’ve tried to contact you about the whereabouts of my package and have received no help. I would like to know if my package has departed from your warehouse in Basildon UkAfter reply : great copying and pasting work in regards to my problem. Poor Etsy sellers.

Close to a month and no updates on it's whereabouts. Feel so bad for Etsy sellers putting so much effort into perfecting their goods only to have them stopped at a warehouse for close to a month now. Had to get another one sent and now that's in another mixup. F-ing joke.

9 days in the one place. No updates on delays, no help from the company (Fragrance Direct). Needed the item for my wedding day, doesn't look like I will be receiving it before then!

Terrible delivery service

My package HUT1860GB69100279601 hasn’t even been registered in the couriers warehouse yet and it’s to come from the Uk to Ireland. It’s had a status of departed from The Hut since the 11th August. It was due to be delivered between the 14th and 17th. God knows when it will arrive. Terrible delivery service. Update 27/08/2021 - there is no update my delivery still has a status of “departed from the hut” … 16 days and no status. In that time I have made orders from other Uk retailers and they have all delivered within the expected timeframe.. but I’m still here waiting .. 16 days later for this delivery.. I’d be quicker flying to the UK and collecting it myself at this rate. In future I willBe checking who the carrier service is before ordering from Uk sites2nd update 27/08/2021 - The Hut have just informed me that the package is lost in transit. Well done p2p I guess your comment regarding delays has absolutely nothing to do with you misplacing my package. Also it was the last size in stock!Update 28/08/2021 I have now sent an email to the address provided to confirm the location of my package or if it is “lost in transit”Update 31/08/2021 can you please confirm when I will receive a response to my email? Now 20days since package departed the hut group and 218 status remains unchangedUpdate 09/09/2021 did not receive an response to my email sent on the 28th August. Got a standard automated delivery email on the 8th to say package was in Ireland. Package was delivered this morning… a full month after it was collected for delivery. 10/09/21 I followed your instructions previously so the email is there and the title is” Missing parcel HUT1860GB69100279601” I also sent a follow up email. So both are in your email queue with the correct reference.Just to add I’ve had a total of 4 deliveries from the Uk in the past month all arriving in less than 5 working days so I think you need to take a good look at your processes because brexit is not the reason for your delays

I've ordered from Look fantastic on the 10th August, 8 days gone and tracking number still shows that my package is in Fedex Cross Border Centre and no more updates on this trackig number. When I placed an order on the website it was promised that delivery takes 3-5 working days. Very annoyed with the whole experience. From China you'll get your order much quicker. You are getting so many 1 and 2 star reviews, maybe it is worth to review your processes to make customers happy rather say useless apologies.My tracking number is : HUT1860GB12308072901Thanks for your reply, but tracking number shows that parcel is still in FEDEX CROSS BORDER PROCESS CENTRE - BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GBAs per updated delivery time, no one will be at home to receive a package. Who I have to contact now in order to amend the address?
