UPDATE: I finally got my package & my boots were damaged & not even the same color pictured. It would cost me $25 to ship them back, so I would lose over half my money just to return them & get a refund. Unbelievable. The best they could do was give me 20% back. Never again.I placed an order with Public Desire from the UK on Sept. 24th and received a shipping confirmation email on Sept. 27th. I’ve called Fedex and they say they haven’t even received the package yet, but on the Fedex Cross Border tracking link, it says it’s in Bensenville, Illinois and it cleared US Customs on Oct. 1st. The last update I had was Oct. 4th “Site scan” in Bensenville, IL. None of the Fedex representatives can confirm these updates, even though I can see them on the Fedex Cross Border tracking page. I’ve already contacted Public Desire, and they have sent my package out, so I have no clue where it is at the moment. I paid $9.95 for 6-8 day shipping and have had no update in 3 days. I didn’t even know that the shipping I chose was through Trakpak, but if I had, I would’ve paid the extra money for Fedex Express. As my first experience with Trakpak, I am very unhappy. I have already emailed FCB-infofedex.com with all my information, but have yet to receive a response. I just want to know where my package is!!

I do not know what is going on with my package. It was supposed to be delivered Oct. 5th. FedEx tracking says that they have not received my package, but it says that it was transferred to partner carrier. I need this package by Oct. 8th and would like to pay for expedited shipping if possible. However, since FedEx does not have my package, I cannot. But it says my package was transferred to the partner carrier. I have called FedEx and they told me to contact the shipper because they don't have my package. Please help me. I am in Louisiana and it is saying my package is in Florida. Package stuck in the same location

My package has been stuck in the same location for 10 days and I am unable to reach anyone from P2P regarding my package. FedEx created a shipping label 10 days ago in preparation to receive this package from P2P and they are still waiting for P2P to hand it off to them. My FIC number is BOO0596GB00223771401. I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my packages movement as well as an updated delivery date.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. I have now emailed them due to the fact i ordered my parcel on the 10th of August and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. It has been in transit for 25 days. And i need it for someone's birthday hence why it was ordered a month in advance. Parcel number:643301902

Tracking not updating, delay in delivery!

Honestly very disappointed with this courier company. My order has been stuck at "OUTBOUND EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARED" since the 19th of August, and it's the 2nd of Sept today. It said I was meant to receive my order on 27 Aug - 2 Sept. The frustrating thing is I need it by the 10th of September, because I'm leaving the country. I've contacted LookFantastic and they said they've reached out to the courier company and waiting for their response. No updates whatsover. I've tried emailing the FCB-info email but no respond. My tracking number is HUT1860GB05901247001, can someone please tell me what's going on with my order? Please!! And thank you.
