Repair to jacket carried out under guarantee.Paramo carried out a repair to a jacket that I bought 15 months ago - a seam had come apart and was likely to get worse. The repair is qood quality - hardly noticeable but very effective.There was no quibble, and Paramo sent a return label for free posting. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic Service!I have been a loyal customer of Paramo outdoor gear for many years. I have tried other brands but in my opinion, Paramo is the best, reliable, well made and very comfortable to wear, it doesn't rustle like other outdoor waterproof jackets and keep you dry. As a walk leader, organiser of a walking festival and other walking events, I am constantly outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year. Recently I had a problem with the zip of my Alta III Jacket. The jacket was about 18 months old. I reported the problem to Paramo and they immediately rectified it. I couldn't have wished for better service. If you want reliability, great customer service and a quality waterproof product which is easy to maintain, then you can't go wrong with Paramo.

After 20 years of wearing my Alta 2 jacket nearly every day it is time for an upgrade. I like my jacket so I considered repair but with a worn zip, small tear to an arm and generally its colour has gone from being used/washed I decided to get a new one. I could keep using it as it still works but its time. To be frank the jackets are good value for what you get new but I wanted another Alta 2 so I found one exactly the same, for likely less cost than I bought my first one, with minimal use and purchased that. Heres to another 20 years.
The score here relates to the service we received at the Keswick store, what a great experience we had. It's early days for the coats but so far so good, they a warm and seem to regulate your body temperature better than a standard membrane or down-style jacket.
