I went online and ordered the wrong part because I was trying to be cheap. I ended up running into Ian, who let me know that yeah, it was the wrong part and got the correct one shipped out, and also gave me some advice on how to fix other things that I didn’t even order parts for. The guy was super knowledgeable; apparently, he used to even be a motorcycle mechanic and decided to just bring his knowledge to the customer service room. He was an awesome person just to talk to. Ian is, hands down, one of the best reps I’ve ever talked to there and deserves a lot more than whatever you’re giving him.
Upon ordering and paying for expedited shipping I received an email my parts would arrive on Friday. My customer was told to bring his ride in late Friday. Only to get another email saying Monday delivery. Now...I am a liar via your company. I repeat don't pay extra. All parts were in stock. The parts are still in Geogia and haven't moved for 2 days. I'd be hard pressed to order from them again.
Ordered all of the parts I needed. Had trouble finding a part number for a part I thought I ordered, so I called customer service. Mrs. Lynn R. Pulled up the diagrams and got me the help I needed, she was great and easy to work with. Ended up being a different part altogether, but she pointed me in the right direction. Definitely the only place I'm shopping for motorcycle parts now.
We spoke with Jared on 5/14/25, he was amazing, found the part we needed, gave us all the information we asked for and more. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could, but we will go with a six beer score! 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

My go-to parts company! As a shop owner, I deal with these guys MULTIPLE times a day and know most of their staff just by the sound of their voices haha. These guys always take care of us here at Redline Motorsports. I love hearing how they’re expanding by providing aftermarket parts for Harley and now even automotive. Their commercial discounts are great and their customer service is great. Special shoutout to Jared who just helped me with quote PZQ0039110. He is the MAN and can always find what we’re looking for and is knowledgeable all-around. I have discovered Partzilla.com just about 3 months ago. I have ordered a number of parts for my Yamaha snowmobiles. What is great is that they have parts in stock that other don't, including hard to find items. Several times I had needed the status of my orders which is easy on the site or through the chat option. My recent order, I screwed up. I called talked to Gary (11-8093012) and he sent me the return authorization..And...... if you order over a certain amount , the shipping is free!!!
